Could not check in this hotel due to upset stomach, initiated an appeal to cancel ， trip.com informed me their supplier and hotel have not responded and their representatives called me and asked me proof of upset stomach, not everyone needs a doctor certificate to prove upset stomach. It is well known that since I did not check into this hotel , neither hotel called me or mailed me, the phone number of the hotel does not work as I tried to call them. Trip.com representative told me hotel reserved a room , there was no room number or even a email from hotel, it means they gave room to some of,trip.com made free 600 RmB with no service. I am too far to spit on their moth eaten faces

I went with my friends for a vacation to Tirupati in March And we all stayed in hotel Best Western in Tirupati it was a very nice and comfortable stay in this hotel we had our dinner in the restaurant of Best Western hotel and we order the white sauce pasta and the taste was amazing . Thank you all

Best hotel on your visit to Tirupati. I visited with my family and had a great experience. It’s like home stay comfortable and great customer service. The best part is customer service, amenities and food. Staff are quite customer friendly and helping hand.

Staff room & food are good.. I would prefer with families. I travelled with children they felt comfortable. Responsive staff even at night 1am. I felt like I could refer this hotel to my family and friends too.. location is also easy to find. Thankyou..

Nice property clean room very cooperative staff....food was good.....but in breakfast only southindian and bread butter.. no Prarthana in breakfast......otherwise experience was good.we enjoyed a lot....we had spent good memories.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. Right from reception, the service was excellent. Rooms were well maintained, breakfast was wide spread and tasty.Staff were supportive and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

I arrived at 12PM for the check-in and the receptionist kept saying I have to wait for sometime as rooms are not ready (even though my hotel booking has +-2hrs check-in time). When I insisted that I short of time for my stay then she allocated a room. There were no towel or bucket in the bathroom. The intercom phone wasn't working. I had to ask the house cleaning guy who was on the floor at the moment for the towel. Regarding food, I joined the breakfast table between 9-10 at which point the food was already looking dull and not enough heat. There was not one to explain as what's included and if anything can be ordered hot like a dosa or omlette. The parking options are limited as it is on the main road. I wish they introduced valet parking. Over all the stay was okay.
