Our arrival seemed nice as we were greeted by our chauffeur who took us to our destination, upon arrival we were flabbergasted when he turned into what appeared to be a garage, the hotel was nothing close to 4star as on reviews nor did it look like it in reality, we were grossly disappointed we tried not to judge the situation harshly or based on other experiences that were actually 4star but it was unbearable and unavoidable. We then entered to book in and the disappointment continued as the front desk attendant gave us our key guided us to our room the room was small and laid bare infront of us as if a room only to be used for a 1 night stay no longer, there was no refrigerator and when asked for one we were told it doesn't cool things(shocking) let's move on, the room didn't have toiletry we had to borrow from another vacant room, we had absolutely NO VIEW! Let's move on to breakfast, we were again filled with more disappointment as the options were grossly limited and the taste seem to need to be ordered separately as it was lacking any taste, apparently the small cup of chocolate tea that could finish in one sip had to be ordered separately (another shocker) we didn't stay long as we left for another hotel in Durress then just returned to check out, I don't recommend this to be on any holiday experience website as a hotel this is a MOTEL, do not mislead people into thinking otherwise as we overspent on something that wasn't worth it and this can avoid misunderstanding in the first place, everything about the experience could've been a little less painful if customer service was pinpoint and this was labelled correctly and placed in the correct category.
