almost everything was good, met expectations for a quiet stress free time off.

Me n my wife stay here for a night. As we noticed this is a newly opened hotel with reasonable price, we try for a night. We have a very comfortable room and good stay. Some of the facilities not yet open. Expected to have grand opening some where around 3rd quarter of 2025. Will comw back again

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Penang. Hotel is clean and just beside New Lane Night Market (except Wednesday). The only downside is the swimming pool comes with lots of crows and pigeons. Hope the hotel management can set up some netting or so to prevent the birds from coming to the pool. Anyway thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

My mom was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff from the porter to the front desk to waiters at Makan Cafe. Our dinner was delicious. I personally commend a friendly and helpful staff stationed at Makan Cafe , En Syarifuddin, who patiently recommended to my mom and I the types of food in the menu. He went the extra mile to ensure food was served on time. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The place was beautiful and the weather was mild. We hope to visit again soon

I stay in hard rock over than 10 times , lagoon deluxe room , I very like it ,comfort , especially the food...mamamia ....very nice...for my kids swim and play it's such a good an relaxing place for my family

Good room with affordable price. Situated near mini mart and restaurant with walking distance. Have basement parking for car and motorcycle with security guard at night. Nice hotel lobby with cosy design to relax and have a rest for a while.

The hotel is such a gem. Very clean and well refurbished. The check-in and check-out procedures are simple and room rate inclusive of complimentary breakfast, the breakfast taste good and got many options. Really enjoyed staying here, as the location is strategic too. However, there is one karaoke place at the opposite, noises can be heard.

When choosing, I was worried about the smell of the newly opened hotel. I was entangled for a long time, but I liked it very much after moving in. I like the design of the hotel very much. It has a Nanyang style, and the staff's clothes are also in line with the overall design. The service staff are very nice. The welcome drink given when the early flight arrived was very refreshing. I can check in at 12:00. The front desk guy said that it was opened the day before I stayed there, and I was the first guest of the day. The room design is worthy of being a new hotel. It is very reasonable, and there is an independent cloakroom and dressing table. The bathtub and the sea view facing the living room are very pleasant. It is a handheld ironing machine, no longer a bulky iron. I like it very much! I was very entangled before deciding whether to stay at the Dongjia Hotel or the Autograph. After going out and passing by the Dongjia Hotel, I felt that my choice was very wise! Because it is really noisy at night, it is very quiet compared to the Autograph! I was also surprised to receive the hotel's turndown gift when I came back at night. The disadvantage is that it has just opened, and there is still a little smell. It is estimated that it will be fine after a while. Then the smoke sensor above the bed flickered, which might affect those who have trouble sleeping. I also reported it to the lady at the front desk and I think it will be resolved.

. I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Serviced Suites and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While there were some positives—the room was new, clean, and in a good location—these were overshadowed by a major issue with the shower. No matter what I did, the water was boiling hot, even with the heater switched off. There was no cold water at all, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. For the price I paid, I expected basic amenities like a functioning shower. Sadly, this issue made my stay uncomfortable, and I do not feel it was worth the money. Upon check-out, the reception kindly offered a discount for my next visit, which was a nice gesture. However, the real solution is to fix the issue now, not just offer discounts for a future stay. ( Which I live in a foreign country ) A comfortable shower is a basic necessity, and without it, the stay was simply not worth the money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
