Good value for money

The Leonardo Club hotel was well located and I was pleased to have a great view of the Sea of Galilee from my window. The food was in plentiful supply and there was a very good variety including things for vegans and vegetarians. The room was comfortable and clean. Service was good although not outstanding as had to ask for my room to be cleaned when it had not been done by 3 pm. Facilities on offer are good for families.

Please be careful when booking hotels in Israel: We booked 2 deluxe double rooms, but only one person’s name was written in each room. I didn’t expect the hotel front desk to say that if there are 2 people staying, you have to pay an extra room rate. Even couples have to do this. We explain that when booking on the Ctrip platform in China, if you write one person’s name in a double room, you can accommodate 2 people, and other countries can also accommodate it. In addition, there is no note on the platform that the double room must write 2 people’s names. The hotel did not accept the explanation at all, saying that this is an Israeli regulation and must be followed. We called Ctrip, and the customer service attitude is very good. We have been trying to communicate with the hotel and help us think of various solutions, but the hotel has a tough attitude. If you want to stay in the room for one more person, you have to pay an additional fee of 1100 yuan. Considering that we checked in late, every day We could offer a discount of 300 yuan for each room, but we refused. When the stalemate persisted, Ctrip suggested that we make up the difference of 1,600 yuan to live in. Afterwards, they negotiated with the third party in charge of hotel reservations abroad, and then helped us apply for a refund of part of the fee. When I returned to Shanghai, I received a message from Ctrip. A total of 900 yuan was refunded, which is equivalent to 350 yuan for each room. Ctrip is still awesome, praise! The room facilities are relatively old, and it is good to have a balcony with a view of the sea, but for those of us who live in late and leave early in the morning, it does not make much sense to upgrade to a sea view room.

Right by the lake, the location and feel are unique, and the overall service is decent, but the knowledge of the service staff is a bit weak, and they don't know anything nearby.

Caesar's location is very good, facing the lake, and every room can see the lake view. It feels comfortable. The room was adequate and very clean. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit older, they are clean. There are welcome fruits. It is a five-minute walk from the cruise ship pier. Two meals are included. Breakfast and lunch are all buffet, which is very rich. The hotel's security is strict and provides a sense of security. Overall, the accommodation experience is very good.

Open the window to see the night view of Amman, very good! Service was attentive and breakfast was plentiful.

Was a nice experience overall. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Took a bit long to check in, had a few run-ins with the staff, but enjoyed my stay. A bit pricy, but like the unique style of the hotel. Worth the price in my opinion.

Lake Maison is located on the shore of Lake Galilee in Tiberas. From Tel Aviv to Tiberias: At the Azrieli Center (a large shopping mall next to the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center) bus station in the center of Tel Aviv (no need to cross the sky bridge, just on the road on the side of the shopping center), take the 836 bus, usually There are green buses and some yellow minibuses that may be individual. See Google's display for the specific departure time. Tel Aviv to Tiberas central bus station (Tiberas central bus station) takes about 2.5 hours, 40 thanks. From Tiberias Central Station to Maison Lake Chalet: Because Tiberias are mostly mountain roads, if Google shows that it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the central station to the chalet, you can walk to the hotel, otherwise it is recommended to take a taxi (the mountain road is steep and the hotel number is hard to find). Store your luggage first (check in at 3 pm, it is not recommended to arrive too early, you can arrive around 2-3 o'clock). Lake Maison is actually a homestay, the advantage is that it is close to Central Station and Galilee is close to the sea, and the landlord is enthusiastic and quick to reply (short message). What needs to be reminded is that you need to bring your own slippers, toothpaste/toothbrush, shower gel and other daily necessities. Accommodation conditions are relatively simple.
