The hotel is very nice, the reception was also very friendly. The food was also very good. The room was fantastic with the view of the lake. Unfortunately the price and the number of nights were not as agreed. The price was twice as high as with booking. If then only book via Booking in this hotel.

What a lovely stay. This hotel may not be ultra modern but it is super comfortable, super clean and the hospitality was wonderful. The staff warm and hospitable. The food was excellent. Sunrise over the Sea of Galilee was a treat each morning. Was sorry to leave and can’t wait to go back!,

I would like to write a very positive review about this hotel/ The hotel is wonderful, on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, but the best thing in my trip was the service. The hotel was full, but the owner was gracious and found a place for us. Kostia, the guard, Sergey, the desk Portie were amazing: polite, hospitable, honest and very-very nice. We are spoiled travelers and saw a lot, but we were really surprised by the beauty of the Tiberias, nice hotel and excellent food in the hotel. Very fresh, tasty. Everything was very clean, beautiful, fresh. And the most important thing that the hotel people were happy to see us. Strictly recommended!

Our group of 48 stayed here for two nights. This was the favorite hotel of the trip for about a dozen of us—for the beds, the buffet and the view. Great selection of food options on the breakfast and the dinner buffets. This buffet actually had hot food (it wasn’t that way with our other hotels). Friendly and helpful staff. It was nice that they had a room off the lobby, with tables for cards or games. My friend to add that they had the best eggplant on our trip. Because this was part of a group package, I cannot comment value for $$.

Location, swimming in Galilee, Breakfast all all very good. Only complain was the noise at around 2am to 3am when a speed boat went around with loud disco music. Best if they would the rooms sound proof as you will hear next doors too. Beds are just right not comfy but okay. Aside from that we all enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

A lovely hotel with great staff. We travelled as a family and felt very comfortable there. We had great rooms with excellent views. The air on was thankfully very good. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the staff were very accommodating of our late rising young people. We loved the pool and the lifeguard was charming. We would definitely return

Went down for breakfast in the morning only to find the carpets were being replaced. They were sweeping the concrete floor a d the dust was going up into the air. The buffet food was not covered up. The restaurant manager wanted me to sit adjacent to where they were sweeping. I objected and he said where do you wNt to sit. I told him because of this I would eat in my room. There was no apology which I felt was really rude and ignorant.

Thank you. Ron beach you did not disappoint. It’s been 4 years since we were last with you. Travelled with a large group and I continually told everyone just how amazing your hotel was. Raved about the view and the amazing food that you serve buffet style each day. You were fantastic, staff were so helpful too. The only sting was that there was a lot of noise outside at night, either on the water or in the car park beside the hotel. I know this is something that you can’t help so maybe offer ear plugs if people do happen to complain. Other than that WOW

Great location and short walk to Tiberias. Beautiful views over the pool area and lake of Galilee. Enjoyed the sunrise from my room each morning and a relaxing drink by the pool in the evening. Excellent buffet selection for breakfast and dinner.
