The house has many return visitors due to the character of the property and the total peace, quiet and relaxation the location offers. The house is extremely well equipped, from the kitchen, to the outside areas and has the entertainment to provide for all needs. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is complete with en suite and door to the pool area. The second is a twin room with the family bathroom nearby. The third room is accessed by a stairway from the pool area. This has an en suite, tea and coffee making facilities, it's own terrace with pergola, table and chairs and can be made up with your choice of twin beds or super king. The terrace has spectacular views out to the ocean. At the heart of the house is the pool, where the terrace area and pergola provide total privacy and great shelter from the Lanzarote sun and wind. The internal terrace area surrounds the 8x4m pool which has a combination of solar and electric heating which maintains its warmth the whole year. There is a poolside outdoor heated shower which is great for general use or rinsing off between dips. For relaxing under the sun there are sun loungers and a parasol, with two further teak reclining chairs and footstools. The large pergola by the pool shelters a teak hexagonal dining table and chairs. This is accessed directly from the kitchen/dining area and so is perfect for drinks and al fresco dining. Outdoor grilling and roasting outside is made easy with the Weber Genesis II three-burner gas BBQ (bottled gas supplied). This house is perfect for either a romantic break or for a family holiday. The bedrooms are cosy, buffered by the 2-3 feet thick old walls. The living area is more contemporary, with an open plan, light feel to it. There is high speed broadband/wi-fi, British TV stations, an Apple box and Smart TV should you wish to log onto your Netflix or Apple accounts, or bounce content off your devices. For more traditional entertainment there are books and board games. For music lovers there is a wireless Sonos system with speakers both inside and poolside. There is access to the pool from three different rooms including the dining room/living room. The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped. There is a large gas BBQ outside, with the teak hexagonal table under the main pergola making for perfect al fresco dining. There is a large mature garden to the front secured by high walls and a gate which provides a secure children's play area as well as paved parking and turning area for cars. On a raised section of the garden there is another sheltered, large pergola with seating and a table which gives great views out to the ocean. The marina at Puerto Calero is only five minutes drive away. The sunbathing beaches on the south side of the island ten minutes drive. The surfing beaches on the north side half an hour.
