I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Great hotel with prompt response for every request. Good location, convenience for transportation, the subway is only a couple of minutes walk away, which can directly reach the airport. Two things can improve: 1. it’s will be better to have a mini microwave in the room. 2. Sometimes there’s smoke smell in the hallway, it’s better smoke is only allowed in the smoking-room, not other places in the building.

The staff in the government hall can't compare to his momentum!

I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam. Although there was a small problem when checking in, it was solved perfectly in the end. The room with windows facing the community was very quiet at night.

Because I was nervous, I just ate with my children. Before going out, a male chef asked me to bring bread and said that it was too difficult for parents. Deep empathy! There were three of us staying, and we originally planned to buy another one, but after communication, the front desk not only replenished 2, but also gave me an extra one. Thumbs up. Let me talk about the disadvantages again. The hotel has only one elevator, the highest is 10 floors, and it often takes a long time to go up and down, which is very inconvenient; another point is that the hotel's sound insulation is not very good. The voices of the neighbors talking can be heard at 11 o'clock in the evening, which is very disturbing to sleep. Fortunately, the hotel provides earplugs.

On a whim, I went to Tianjin for two days. I chose this hotel on Ctrip. When we arrived, they saw that we were traveling with our kids, so they upgraded us to a double bathtub king room for free, which was very considerate. I'm a light sleeper, so I requested a quieter room, and they adjusted it for me. Although it's close to the road, the sound insulation is good, which basically meets the requirements. The room is spacious, the equipment is new, the central air-conditioning is not noisy. The room is very clean, the sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases are all new, the table and bedside table in the room are very clean, I'm quite satisfied! The breakfast is good, the soy milk is freshly ground, which is quite unexpected, usually it's powdered. It's not far from the West Station, and it costs 30 yuan to take a taxi to Tianjin Eye, but there are too many people, so I really can't go out to play during the holidays
