The lady at the front table was great when we checked in as she upgraded our room to one with a bigger double bed at no extra charge.Amenities were great.Not near to MRT though had to take Didi to travel for the 3 days we stayed. Ambience in the Hotel was great and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well with good selection. Overall clean .

The room is nice, with voice control and wireless charging. The breakfast is rich and the service is good. The Hilton series of hotels has always been stable and trustworthy. I didn't take the photos on purpose, but only took a few interesting details. For example, the first photo shows that there are two bedside lamps, one for atmosphere and one for lighting. The next two photos are of decorative paintings.

A very new hotel with free underground and above-ground parking. The front desk lady is very proactive and enthusiastic. The free drip coffee in the room is refreshing. 🈶Bathrobe, small refrigerator. The breakfast is very rich, but you have to go early because the rooms are full during the holidays. The front desk lady kindly reminded me. I slept very quietly. Good value for money. Go out and walk across the 500-600-meter corridor opposite. There are all kinds of places to eat on the road for you to choose from, and there is also Kentucky.

The hotel, while modern, is not conveniently located. One noticeable downside was the absence of small spoons and plates in the room. Despite these drawbacks, the standout service from the housekeeper, Wong Jing, made a significant positive impact. Wong Jing went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and care, especially when my son fell ill during our stay. Additionally, a front desk gentleman promptly assisted us in contacting a hospital and arranging a taxi, willingly covering the fare upfront. Despite the inconveniences, the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Wong Jing and the front desk gentleman, ultimately made our stay a pleasant one.

I booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

Very satisfied with the stay experience, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, and the check-in is fast. The hotel provides free parking, and there are many parking spaces. We stayed in the super parent-child room, which is warm and comfortable. The room facilities are complete, with children's beds, children's bathrobes, children's toilet seats, and free children's gifts. The breakfast is also very rich, made on the spot, and there are Tianjin specialty pancakes. Very good!
