Premier Inn Thurso

Excellent throughout. Someone has thought carefully about what a traveller needs and then provided it with a touch of class. The design of the room itself, the facilities, the quality of the furniture and fixings were testament to careful design and attention to detail. In addition to that the welcome was genuinally friendly and helpful. I like the idea that the tea and coffeee supplies are freely available and to hand without having to bother staff for 'more'. A great ambience in the 'hotel' and a very comfortable well appoint ed room. Thanks a lot for taking thr trouble to make this an enjoyable part of ouyr holiday.

Great hotel, nice clean and spacious room with expected amenities. Lovely friendly staff, Zara assisted us with an early check in as we were staying to attend a funeral. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have drinks in the evening, and the food coming out smelled delicious. Would happily stay again. Great price too.

Lovely clean rooms, great friendly helpful staff, I’m a regular visitor and always get a great welcome from Demi. Mel was the chef tonight and the food was really nice really hot and freshly cooked! Can heartily recommend the mixed grill! Thanks! 5*

Breakfast was amazing Demi and Kelsey really looked after us, fantastic service. The chef did a great job, will be back again for sure, excellent space and cleanliness everywhere in the restaurant. Coffee facilities are brilliant, and pastries are quality too.

Just want to say a big thank you especially to Zara and also Ross for an amazing service at the Premier inn Thurso. Zara was very Professional and Helpful and the food service was always on time from her. We would definitely come back again due to the service.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was clean. Delicious and plentiful breakfast - plenty choices for vegetarians. Room is wheelchair accessible however, toilet and bed are too low for someone who has mobility issues. Accessible shower and plenty handrails in bathroom. No twin accessible room which isn't acceptable unless you're travelling with a spouse/partner.
