First off, we booked on trip.com…. Mistake. Will never use again. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel was ok but had thin walls and was noisy. You could hear whole conversations from the people in the next room. Was expensive for what you got which was a continental breakfast. TV had few channels and there was no exercise room or pool. You could have save a bunch by staying in a cheap motel and going out for a nice breakfast. When we booked, a pool was shown in the pictures and no where did it state that bookings were in US funds. We discovered this when we arrived at the hotel and reviewed our confirmation that was sent to us. No where on the booking site did it state that this was in US funds. Not a great deal for what we received. Stop at the many motels along the road and ask to see a room. Many have amenities that you may be surprised of. A lot to be said about sitting outside in the evenings and maybe even around a fire pit. Highly recommend doing your own research, read the reviews and book on your own.

The check-in was painful…the clerk was so rude, unaccommodating and condescending. He obviously didn’t like that the room was booked on third party instead of calling direct to the hotel. If we could have left we would have. The stay was fine, the room was good, the breakfast was okay and the gal at check out was lovely.

I came out of the hospital, needing a place to stay, had no real extra money to spend so this was great because they had a medical rate

We arrived Friday afternoon to check in. Initially we were put on the main ground floor in a construction zone. Literally smelt like paint and being almost 37 weeks pregnant, I couldn’t stand the paint fumes. So they happily moved us upstairs to a different room. We had very loud neighbours, kids yelling until almost 1am. We had tried calling the front desk numerous times but no answer. My partner and I had to be up for 630am for doctors appointments. We noticed quite a bit of dust on our lamps and hanging from the ceiling. Bathroom wasn’t super clean either. We requested a later check out since we had spent the entire evening going through an emergency c-section and they allotted us a wonderful extra 15 minutes, which is ridiculous. After two nights, we left to a different hotel that could accommodate our needs better. Overall, the price for this hotel is great and the free breakfast is an added bonus. Cleanliness should be a higher priority though and accommodating out of town travellers more time if needed shouldn’t be an issue. Thanks again!

The room was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very close to lots of gas stations, restaurants, and amenities. Super comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Will recommend. Great time!

Great staff, no elevator and a very small room with no coffee machine. Good place for overnight stay

Front desk staff was very friendly and very funny when I checked in. Very comfortable beds.

Lights didn’t work when entering the room. The bar of soap left used in the shower from the previous guest.

When I first arrived at the front desk to check in, the staff member working was sitting in the dark on a phone call in the breakfast area. Initially I thought he was just a guest, so I stood there for about 5 ish minutes waiting to check in. I said hello twice, looked around and there was no one else. After he completed his phone call and stated he would call whomever he was talking to back; he then attended to checking me into my room. I thought it was strange that I stood there waiting while he chatted on his cellphone ignoring me or just not in any rush to attend to me. Otherwise, everything else has been good. Toilet in our room is not super secure to the wall, found a couple dark hairs on the bedding and piece of garbage underneath the side table between the desk and mini fridge. Overall, it’s satisfactory for the one night stay.
