It was mentioned dinner included .. there is no. Buffet and when I reach there they told there is cap of 500 inr .. either include buffet or don’t mention as I am an allergic if it’s buffet there will be options

The hotel stay was a terrible experience and i would advise anyone visiting thrissur to avoid this place. First of all, the place couldn’t serve me and my mother dinner because they were booked for some wedding. Never in my life have i been refused food because of some event happening i na hotel. When asked what could be an alternate arrangement, the hotel receptionist shrugged us off and didn’t help us. We had to look for food outside in a city that was new to us. Secondly, no decent arrangement for drivers to stay. They only have dirty toilets. As a result of which the driver had to spend money and take a room. This is greatly an inconvenience which means the person staying will also have to spend money to pay for the driver’s stay. I would recommend tourists to stay away from this place, this is just good for local thrissur people who have never gone outside the radius of the city who just eat and visit the local shiva temple till they die. Totally not recommended. And a word for the owner, if this is how you intend to run a hotel, run something else.
