Location is very convenient, near to ksrtc bus station, thampanoor. Overall, the room ( single room) and washroom are neat. Canteen a little bit costly, and no hot water available at washroom, but they will arrange hot water with a little charge. They are saying hot water facility is given for double bed rooms. Staff behaviour and dealing are good.

Room not clean matrix very hygienic room curtains not clean no room ventilation properly room service very poor i am not recommend booking for hotal best part is nearest central railway station. Room fan extremely low working

Our stay was overnight. No issues in particular. It's for low budget pocket friendly stay if you want to go to kovalam or padmanabhaswamy temple in one day. It's not hifi, but it's homely, neat and clean. Carry your own quilt and water bottles have to be bought. One canteen is there but i didn't try it. Staff is good.

The place was very noisy. Since morning 4 am, i was disturbed by the noise from handling utensils, people continuously roaming by the corridor. The staff was continuously opening and closing steel almirah doors which is inherently squealing noise, was really irritating and disturbed by sleep. Also i heard them dragging wooden furniture. And ll of these were happening between 4- 6 am. It is really inconsiderate to do such kind of activities where people pay to get some sleep and rest.

The property is easy to locate. Staff are extremely good. The manager mr sonu thomas was very kind to wait for us at midnight to welcome us. The room is good, spacious, neat and clean. The toilet is clean. Overall a nice stay. No food service in the property, but we used the zomato platform for our food. We loved the taste of morning and evening tea at the property. Thank you makemytrip for having such good properties listed.

Service at sangeetha tourist home was good. Tea & coffee, available. Normal drinking water not provided in room. We have to purchase bottled water. Location is good. Actual room rents are lesser than what we are charged by mmt. Rooms are clean.
