Check in was a breeze. They upgraded our room for free and also the staff hospitality was amazing. Clean and tidy rooms with a lot of facilities. We enjoyed the most at pool, which is almost like a private pool if we went at the right time.

Very, very neat and clean. Love the service. Staff are well manner. Washroom was looking like fully new, which was more than my expectations.

The hotel is fairly new and is at a prominent location near to railway station and bus stand. There is ample covered car parking. When we arrived there was none to pickup the luggage from the car. The room was well set. Bathroom has got most of the toiletries and hair dryer. Ac controls were not working properly. When complained, they sent the mechanic and he made it right.

I had a family visit-2adults and 2 kids. We booked deluxe suite room. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Staff were courteous. Location is good. Restaurant is very expensive. Breakfast was below average. We ordered for idli which after waiting for long time told that it was hard. Later we got idle only which was below average. Inspite of all these they charged the full amount. Expect a bit long waiting time in the restaurant.
