Mandrino Hotel

Great hotel in central area. Clean comfortable rooms, charming and helpful staff. Decent breakfast in nice dining area with small outdoor patio. Great coffee shop immediately outside the entrance with pastries etc. Location is a short distance from some great restaurants, bars and clubs. Good shopping area nearby and it’s not too far from the port area where ferries to nearby beaches depart. Will definitely return.

Clean but small room with a view of other , close buildings and roofs. The biggest problem is the only one elevator for many floors!One can wait for hours or go on foot downstairs and upstairs , Great workout

A nice small hotel in Egnatias Street very near to the Center and to the shopping market.Also near the famous Tsimiski Street. Staff was very friendly either in the reception and breakfast room.Breakfast was very good and everything so clean and plenty of food at any time. i was in room 708 a bit small but very clean and beds very comfortable,every day they changed sheets and cleaning everything .

When you check on Booking, it looks like there is parking at the hotel. When you go to the hotel, the pain is directed to the private parking lot. This is a trick and you have to pay. hotel location is in a nice location, breakfast is acceptable, it's at a sufficient level, but the rooms have too much noise from outside and you can't sleep well at night, I think I wouldn't prefer it again

Il personale all'accoglienza è molto cortese. Tuttavia, essendo un albergo molto grande, si rischia di trovare persone parecchio maleducate - come nel mio caso. Non ho dormito granché e ho preso l'aereo tutto stordito (ragazzi che urlavano a tarda notte). La stanza l'ho trovata piuttosto pulita, certamente non impeccabile. Se proprio non doveste trovare altro è comunque un discreto appoggio per il centro città, l'aeroporto e l'autostazione.

Μετά από 4 χρόνια επισκέπτομαι ξανά το ξενοδοχείο. Απογοήτευση. Πάντα όποτε ερχομασταν ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Αυτή τη φορά ήταν πάρα πολύ λερωμένο. Πάνω στο κομοδίνο υπήρχαν μπατονετες αυτιών χρησιμοποιημενες από τον προηγούμενο πελάτη. Επίσης, επειδή είχαμε μωρό μαζί μας είπα να καθαρίσω τα κομοδίνα και είχε πάρα πολύ σκόνη. Άρα δεν καθαριστικαν ποτέ. Επιπλέον, τους έλεγα καθημερινός να αλλάζουν τα σκουπίδια και όντως τα έβγαζαν. Φύγαμε από το δωμάτιο και όταν επιστρέψαμε το χαλάκι του μπάνιου ήταν μέσα στον νιπτήρα. Κάλεσα τη reception και τους ειπα να φωνάξει τη καθαρίστρια. Ήρθε, και μ ειπε οτι ξεχασε να τ πάρει το χαλάκι επειδή την πήραν τηλέφωνο. Το πήρε απο το νιπτήρα και ούτε καν να τ καθαρίσει. Της είπα προφανώς να τον καθαρίσει. Και μ είπε οτι δεν ήξερε τι να κάνει άλλο και εβγαλε μόνο τα σκουπίδια. Δηλαδή σκούπισμα και σφουγγαρισμα δεν παιζει? Από κάτω στα κρεβάτια είχε πώματα των μπουκαλιών από τους προηγούμενους, σκόνη. Λυπάμαι για τα σχόλια μ απλά απογοητευτηκα πολύ από την τελευταία φορά που ήρθα. Οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή άψογες!
