Best Thekkumbhagom Hotels

A marvelous place, location to have a tourist resort. Bet-he side if periya river, and just across the bridge, a stone s throw from the famous thiruvairanikkulam shiva parvathy temple in kerala, known as the wo. En' s sabarimala. Very comfortable rooms. And interiors however, the resort does not seem to attract many tourists. Is the management very interested, aggressive in their promotion? my sincere response is a no. The locals have good time having a few pegs of alcohol and cigarettes, very disturbing to the tourists coming there from different place. Make it spicy and clean. Get the security a little more responsive and smiling to the viditors. They seem to enjoy ” government employment ” certainly worth to be a gem if utmost care is taken

A new hotel near Cochin International Airport. The hospitality of the hotel staff, including the reception staff, is excellent. I would like to stay here again when I come to Kerala.

All the service staffs including housekeeping and bellhops etc were found to be happy in serving the quests. Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night. I will come back to this hotel and also recommend my friends too. 👍🏽

I chose this hotel only because it was within walking distance of the airport and reasonably priced, so I didn't have high expectations. But when I tried to check in, they said they didn't have a reservation. They said, ”Don't worry, we have a room for 1900 rupees.” Even though I told them the pin code and reservation number, they just said, ”We don't have a reservation, so just pay quickly.” A manager came from somewhere and checked the system, hitting the front desk staff on the head, so it may have simply been overlooked, but the truth is unknown. I lost about 30 minutes. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well, but the bathroom seemed to be cleaned only occasionally. It was good that the hot water was perfect even in the middle of the night. The amenities were a small soap. There was no toilet paper. Bath towels were provided, but they were an old, stiff towel, which is rare even in India these days, and two slightly newer ones. One of the deciding factors was that there was a Saravana Bhawan chain store nearby, which has a global presence, but I'm not sure about using it again. This website states that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, but it actually costs 200 rupees. It's cheaper than taking a taxi, but it doesn't look good if you think it's free. Of course, it's better than no shuttle bus at all.
