You must stay at this hotel for more than two nights. It is too big. You need to drive from the lobby to the accommodation. There are more than 20 annex buildings. You can go to the Hilton Hotel, which is also a car ride. The Hilton Hotel is bigger, with free trains and boats. It is very fun. We checked in in the afternoon and drove to the Hilton Hotel immediately. Parking is free. There are many swimming pools in the hotel. We played a sunset and decided to play in the hotel the next day. Then there is the King and Queen Shopping Village nearby to solve dinner. The next morning, drive to the Hilton. Snorkeling is free, life jackets, boating, skateboards are all free, and it is directly connected to the sea. It is worth it. We originally went out to sea for snorkeling. The time-sharing hotel has a kitchen. It is recommended that you eat breakfast in the room. The living room is very large. There is a golf course and swimming pool downstairs. There is also one in the lobby. We swam in three large swimming pools for two days, and there were five or six small ones that we didn't have time to go to.
At the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, our Big Island resort offers the best of Hawaii Island, however you want to enjoy it. For relaxing, soak in the sun around one of our three swimming pools or on the soft, white sands of Anaeho'omalu Bay. For golf, we have three 9-hole golf courses surrounded by lush, meticulously maintained grounds. For dining, we source most of our offerings locally, to give you a true taste of the islands. For shopping, our Waikoloa beach resort is steps away from two luxury outdoor shopping centers, the Queen's Marketplace and the Kings' Shops. For self-care, our Mandara Spa has a range of treatments designed to reinvigorate you. For Hawaiian cultural enrichment, walking trails and historical markers around the property let you discover the history of our fishponds and the surrounding area. For watersports, we have everything you need right here to snorkel, surf, or SUP on Anaeho'omalu Bay. For adventures on land, choose from zip lining, hiking, helicopter tours, and more.

Hotel is very nice with many swimpools and beach. But service is not that great and hotel breakfast is expensive and not good. I paid so much for each day and you don’t get too much service.
If you book early I think it’s still worth it to stay this hotel.
Location is very good, near by have markets and shop is very unique.
I would like to thank you Ctrip for all you hard work make our holiday very special.

Very good hotel, you get what you pay for. Recommend watching the sunset at night and snorkeling in the hotel in the morning. The water is clear in the morning, snorkeling in the lagoon and swimming with turtles, remember not to touch them. You can watch dolphins at any time in the hotel. In the morning, there are staff interacting with dolphins, and dolphins are more active than at night. The swimming pool facing the sea is also very good, the slide is fun and exciting, and there is a hot pool to soak in. It's just that there is only light rail now, and the sightseeing boat seems to have stopped, but the front desk is very good, helping us upgrade to a room on the first floor very close to the lagoon, and also gave us a one-hour hand-rowing activity. Parking is $48, and Hilton Diamond members valet parking is the same price as self-parking.

I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

The room was smaller than expected. The front desk said that the area shown online was plus the area of the balcony. The children's club can only be hosted if you are 5 years old or above. The activity room is not as big as the Four Seasons. There are many stones on the beach, which is not delicate and cannot be stepped on. However, the view from the hotel is still very beautiful and feels richer than the scenery in the Four Seasons. Kalei from Concierge was very considerate and helped us contact the car rental agency and drove the car directly to the hotel. Generally speaking

The hotel is beautiful, but the front desk service is poor. Three hours were wasted at check-in, and there was only one person in the queue when checking out, and a lady's bill was miscalculated. The delay was more than half an hour, and the guests can only wait. It is incredible that there is only one person at the front desk. How can such a service match the hotel brand and beauty? Because I was in a hurry, I had to pay my room card before leaving, the bill was not settled, and my deposit and compensation were not paid. I do not know how to solve the problem later?

The hotel's location is unique, but it still takes more than half an hour's drive from the attractions. I booked a twin room with sea view. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a partial sea view room. I felt something was not right on the spot, so I immediately took out the order to check. , pretending to look for it for a long time before saying it was a mistake. But you have to pick it up after 16:00. Okay, so we went to the scenic spot first and came back to get a room in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we got a room that was super far away, and we could see that it was all houses (as shown in Figure 1). It seemed to be no different from the partial sea view? I responded to Ctrip and said that I need to contact the agent. The agent contacted me for a long time and said that the resort fee will be waived for the last 2 days of the 3 days and a hotel voucher of 100 US dollars... I can only admit it. The entire hotel environment is still very beautiful. I don’t know if it is targeted at China. I'm very impatient when I ask the guest room to pick up something and throw it away. In addition, the children's swimming pool is being renovated and the dust is very big. Anyway, I will definitely not come here next time in Oshima. It is more convenient to book a hotel near Captain Cook directly.

The service is poor, the guests who are not very good at the language are not patient enough. The front desk does not look at the order carefully. If I have already paid the full amount of the room, I will re-collect it once! Bad review!

The room facilities and scenery can be said to be top-notch in Hawaii, but the hotel service is incredibly bad. The front desk staff was arrogant and rude (I don't know if it was racial discrimination). They did not inform me of the credit card authorization when I checked in, and charged 2 authorizations of 400 and 700 US dollars. The money has not been recovered yet. When I checked out, I needed a shuttle bus to go to the villa to pick up my luggage. I called for 25 minutes but no one answered. Later, I called the room service staff to call the shuttle bus. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. The service staff in the light meal restaurant is relatively friendly, while the service staff in the formal restaurant is very rude. You have to pour water/wine by yourself. After the appetizers, the champagne was not served. I suggest that babies who can't stand being bullied should not go there, because they will really be bullied by the staff inside. Also, the snacks in the room minibar are expired.

Large island parent-child ceiling. Children over 5 years old can host the kids club, which is much larger than Auberge. Children under 5 years old can play with adults and eat for free at any restaurant in the hotel. There are 3,000 kinds of fish in the kings pond. The water surface is calm and safe, which is very suitable for children to snorkel. The fly in the ointment is that there are many people in the room, and the service is not in place. The efficiency is far worse than that in China. Every day for breakfast, you have to wait in line for a seat. Coffee is usually served only after eating. ; Second, the quality of the beach is generally only a small part in the middle that is suitable for walking and is far from Lanai's four seasons, but it is also better than auberge's beach where you can't get down at all. Generally speaking, it is a better hotel on the Big Island.

GGuest UserThe ocean view was very smoothing and relaxing. The kids loved the giant pool and the water slide and we spent a lot of time there! The pool food was better than I expected. The breakfast place was also nice. Close to many activities. We went to the open market right in front of the hotel. We did the kayaking tour that included an exciting cliff jump, and the most incredible night time manta ray experience, all short distances from the hotel. Short drive to many tourist spots. Would definitely want to come back again sometime.
YYiu ChunWhen we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly
Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels.
We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards
GGuest UserThe Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!
GGuest UserThis is a true outdoorsmen experience. I stayed in the Monkeypod tent. It was very comfortable. I had a very nice Queen bed with plenty of pillows. The tent came with a folding table, iron racks for hanging clothes, a lamp, multi-plug power strip, and WIFI. The porch had one chair and a table, and the nights were very quiet. The property shares a kitchen with on the needed appliances and dishware available as well as a porch with tables and chairs to watch the sunset. There are two showers, one in door with solar heating and one outdoors (still private) with gas heating. The property has a protected gate with code. Overall, a very good experience and I would stay here again.
RRenjianmeiyoutaifengGood, good, good, the best hotel in Hilo, the service is also good, I checked in a long time in advance and they gave me a room, and there were also drink coupons and other things, and they also gave me a free room upgrade. The scenery is also good. I like it
AAnonymous UserIt is a cost-effective hotel near the airport, but the environment, sanitation, facilities and services are quite average.
You have to climb stairs to get to your room. The rooms on both sides of the long corridor look like migrant workers' dormitories. The doors, floors and locks are all relatively old. There was no breakfast, no cleaning, and no service at all during the stay.
혀혀니뚜니It was nice to be right next to Hilo Airport.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so it can be a bit difficult to move luggage. The scenery is nice, but the room condition is not very good.
EEmily Rose LDelightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty.
The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop.
Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort:
- book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside.
- grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day).
-get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!
RRenjianmeiyoutaifengThe hotel is nice, but it's too noisy. You're forced to get up at 8am, and then you hear the kids crying and the renovations going on outside. You don't feel like you're on vacation, but like a husband in his 40s with three kids, trying his best to stop the kids from making noises while you hear the renovations. At this point, you feel like a failure. If you have money, you'll stay in a better hotel. Also, services? You don't need any services at all. You're just going to sleep.
JJichinThe hotel is in a good location. There are several small restaurants nearby. It's a 3-minute drive to the supermarket. The room is not big but has a small balcony to hang clothes. The soundproofing is average. Paid parking is required. It's full after 7 o'clock. Check-in must be at 4 o'clock. Fortunately, I arrived less than half an hour early. I checked in and got the room card after sitting for a while. The beach and the port behind can see the rainbow, which is very nice. There is an ABC store under the courtyard opposite, open until 11 o'clock.
