"Hosted my 21st birthday in their events space. The team were fab - particular shout out to Lauren and the events team. The space was gorgeous and the waiters and waitresses were very attentive. "I have been staying at the Hotel during the week for a while and am pleased with it. It has more character than the larger chain hotels, free parking and the rooms are cleaned daily which is a rarity these days. Good service from everybody including Poppie, Elliott and chef Fred. Poppie always draws a shamrock on the head of my pint of Guinness. The food is good with a different food and pint offer Monday to Thursday."

"What an absolute Gem of a place in a lovely location. Stayed for one night primarily to break our journey from the airport down to Devon. But what a find, would happily detour to go back! Great welcome, wonderful room overlooking the village square. Beautiful restaurant and superb meal & service, lovely cosy bar and lounges. The garden is beautiful too. Great night's sleep and super breakfast the next morning, what more is needed? Couldn't fault anything."
