I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Initially there was some issue with the room however management stepped in and sorted it out. Overall good experience.

The stay was comfortable and service acceptable. Two issues that mattered to me were: 1. Rooms are not fully accessible by lift. Invariably one has to climb a few steps to reach room from nearest lift stop. Could be difficult for aged. 2. In house restaurant is not pure vegetarian. Overall this is an excellent option for business travellers.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

Breakfast is OK, no extra bed, suitable for families, parking lot, the location of the hotel is away from the center city, there is no Chinese service at the front desk, and the health is very good.
