Ulasan Ibis Thane - An Accor Brand

I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Pratham It has been a great time. He has been very helpful. Location is beautiful and really have enjoyed the room. The atmosphere of the area and staff is a blessing to be in the presence of and the service has been great. The area is very clean and I feel I have all the amenities

I’m currently staying at ibis Thane and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The hotel is well-located, with easy access to Viviana Mall and the Wagle Estate area, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient. The room, while compact, is clean and well-maintained. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the room offers all essential amenities including a functional workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping is prompt and ensures that the room stays fresh and tidy every day. One of the highlights of my stay has been the breakfast at their in-house restaurant, Spice It. The spread is diverse, offering both Indian and continental options, and the early breakfast hours are very convenient. The staff at the restaurant are attentive and ensure a good dining experience.

Pratham helped us during our time this morning and helped us with translation and learning more about the language. We thank him so much for everything we will also be asking him for help when we need it and he will help us with kindness and warmth

Had a great stay at Ibis Hotel Thane recently, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pratham for making the experience even better! From the start, he was super welcoming and helpful. Whether it was sorting out the check-in quickly, helping with local info, or just being around to assist with anything we needed – he was always on point. Really friendly guy and clearly cares about making guests feel comfortable.

Went to the spice it restaurant! Esha and Shridhar were great, they listened to our requests and the overall service was amazing. Food was also surprisingly fresh and hot for a buffet. Overall 5 out of 5 stars, ambience, service and food all were on point.

Food was excelent and great service everyday. Thanks Pratham :) the overall experience in the hotel was good. I stayed for a full week in business meetings and the meeting rooms had everything we needed. :) ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

We went for Sunday buffet lunch. They have excellent menu and some live counters too. All food courses had multiple choices and delicious food. Ambince and decor is nice and pleasant. Staff is very courteous and professional. Isha helped us to make ourselves comfortable. This was our second time visiting and many more to come. They also have valet parking. So, best place to relax and enjoy family time with food. They also serve excellent cocktails...Thank you IBIS, Thane.
