Reboot Retreat Beach Resort, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop

Ich wurde empfangen von einem laut bellenden Hund. Der Hund war friedlich und wollte offensichtlich dem Hotelpersonal meine Anwesenheit ankündigen. Die Dame von der Rezeption kopierte meinen Pass und übergab mir gegen eine Kaution von 500 Baht den Zimmerschlüssel und zeigte mir anschliessend das Zimmer. Das Hotel gibt sich selber 5 Sterne. Das sind aber keine Sterne nach europäischer Norm. In Europa beinhalten 5 Sterne eine Safty-Box, eine besetzte Rezeption, Wasserkocher, Telefon usw. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Für den Preis von unter 2‘000 Baht kann nicht mehr erwartet werden. Schöne helle Zimmer in top Zustand. Direkten Ausgang in den Garten, an den Pool und ans Meer über den grossen Balkon. Kühlschrank mit Wasserflasche, Schrank und viel Ablageflächen. Grosser Fernseher. Flauschige Bettwäsche und weiche Matratze. Als Tisch für den LapTop habe ich den Nachttisch verwendet und vom Balkon einen Stuhl geholt. Zusätzlich zu ausreichend Steckdosen gibt es auch eine Steckdose mit USB-Anschluss zum Laden von Smartphones. Flüsterleise gut zu regulierende Klimaanlage. Bad mit Fenster und ausreichender Ablagefläche. Dusche mit genügendem Wasserdruck. Die Lage finde ich toll. Direkt am Meer. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schnelles W-Lan. Grosser Pool direkt am Meer. Leider ist der Strand wegen vielem Unrat nicht zum Spazieren geeignet. Gestört haben mich weniger die Holzteile (das ist Natur), sondern die herumliegenden Flaschen und andere Plastikteile. Sehr ruhig, kein Strassenlärm, keine Musik von einer Bar. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer war ein Traum.

I was on holiday with my friends and decided for the last week to spend it at Reboot fitness resort, not only to enjoy some fitness ( I am in no way a ultra fit person, but I do like to enjoy outdoor pursuits) and relaxation and that is what I got. When we arrived at Reboot, I was amazed that within the rural settings that surrounded us was this very modern and stunning resort. As we pulled up and parked in the plentiful car park, we were warmly greeted by the owner. After a brief introduction to their team I was shown to my room,. The room had a double bed, shower and balcony which was luxurious ( see the pictures) then taken for a tour of the resort. This just kept getting better and better as it bolstered not only its own infinity salt pool, ice bath, volleyball court, restaurant. I was then informed as the tour of the complex took place about all the facilities that were open to me for example: swimming, walking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, kayaking, trekking etc ( which is what you would expect) but then there was more. Not only does it have all this but also bolsters its own private stretch of beach. After viewing all this we was shown that they also have running routes marked out 2 and 4km if you fancy a walk or jog in the morning. Approximately 1km away at Reboots Gym complex, was a fully functioning Gym and a 400 meter running track. Which is in easy walk/run/biking from the complex. Not far from this location the Reboot team took us to a few waterfalls which are stunning and we also got the chance to swim in them. On top of that there is many local sites to see, plus the local people are very friendly and helpful. With the help and guidance of the polite, experienced and professional staff, my time there was well balanced between work, rest and play. In summary, my experience there was above and beyond what I expected and had a fantastic time, learning and doing new things that otherwise I could experience anywhere else in them setting regardless of fitness level. I would say that I came back feeling a bit stronger, fitter and relaxed. Would definitely go back.

My time at Reboot Fitness Retreat was out of this world. I have never experienced such a beautiful place. From the moment we arrived at Reboot we were made welcome and to feel at home by all the team working there. The rooms are of an exceptionally high standard with amazing views accross the ocean. The facilities at Reboot are nothing short of excellence with mountain bikes, cross training, gym, pool, paddle boards and even an Ice Bath. David and his team took us up a challenging but rewarding moutain climb and a number of local trails with secluded waterfalls and viewpoints. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more! I would highly reccomended this place to anyone who wants to get away from the stresses and anxiety’s of life whilst improving their health and well-being!

I’ve had a fantastic time at reboot fitness retreat. Recently built the facility has everything you need - accommodation with strong a/c, super fast wifi, hot water for showers, fridge, blackout curtains, a comfortable bed and space to store and dry your workout gear. Facilities include a pool you can lap in, jacuzzi to ease the muscles, sauna and ice bath, paddle boards and mountain bikes and nearby a huge gym and outdoor certified obstacle course. But most of all their team Dave, Mascha and Jez ensure you are thrown into a flurry of fitness: taking on the temple step climb challenge, running and walking the dedicated reboot trails, waterfall hiking-swim visits, gym sessions, bike rides along the coastal road, paddle boarding and beach walks/runs jogs on sand followed by a dip in the sea. As a middle aged visitor with some middle age spread and a few weeks of Xmas/New year excess I was a bit concerned about keeping up. But everything was tailored to my abilities by a friendly and knowledgable team. I found it best to train hard early and late in the day when the weather was cooler and use the middle of the day for the more recovery focused activities and exploring the area on foot and bike. And all this in a location where you get the most beautiful Thai scenery and live on healthy Thai meals and fruit sourced from the fields. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Reboot Fitness Retreat is the ideal place to get you back on your fitness journey, or get you started! Located at a quiet location, with sea view, and direct beach access, you can focus on what really matters here: your training. Their facilities are superb: They have a fully and modern equipped gym, an obstacle course, a running loop, and a lake to take a swim in. After the sessions you can always take a plunge in the ice bath, relax in their sauna, or enjoy their infinity pool. They also offer mountain bikes, SUP, a beach volleyball field, and much more. They also organize great activities outside of their facilities. We went on a 14-15 km trail run in the jungle which was amazing. Great views, different terrains, and we ended the run with a refreshing plunge in the river. The team is great! Always available and friendly. Also liked the new and super efficient Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport. I had an amazing time!

Reboot is a wonderful space! Very new construction with a minimalist aesthetic. Excellent facilities for exercise: gym, obstacle course, trails, bicycles, kayaks, SUPs, & the lovely salt water pool. We enjoyed training in preparation for the Spartan race and our entire team felt well served by the facilities. Jes & Dave know their stuff and will support your intentions. The shala is perfect! You can do yoga whilst sea breezes keep you cool and you enjoy lovely views. I especially enjoyed the bubble feeling where I was in this place far from the hustle & bustle. 5 stars without hesitation.
