Hotel Riad Dalia Tetouan

The place is great an old 150 years traditional house with lots of history to tell but unfortunately covered with unprofessional mistakes from DINA who seems that she doesn't appreciate her job she tried to fool me more than once by offering much higher price of I found online telling me that only the suite is available and other rooms are full which had nothing to do with reality cuz I noticed during my period of staying that rooms were empty but thanks God I wasn't scammed by the price cuz I paid to the right person who was honest with me. I presented my Moroccan ID not the French one cuz I'm home "Morocco" so the service was unbelievably bad even the breakfast presented to us was bland and I'm not exaggerating when saying we were served smaller cups of juice tiny amount of cheese to the point I just refused to consume it without mentioning the ingredients that are the lowest quality you can get which shows a very dangerous behavior of non caring about the guests hot water wasn't available the bathroom was in an awful way to mention that the guy called RIDWAN and the room service lady were so sweet with us and extremely helpful though RIDWAN didn't try to fix the shower issue I can call this experience a nightmare I'm not returning again and I'm spreading the word so I'll make sure no one will visit the place again till your service will be improved

Nous avons reçus un excellent accueil dans ce riad au cœur de la médina de Tétouan. Surtout mohsen il est très agréable et dynamique. Un bon point de départ pour se perdre dans la médina. Très confortable Petit déjeuner parfait.
