Sangat tidak nyaman.. Hotel dgn fasilitas tidak sesuai foto profil, lift tdk bs digunakan rusak makanya tdk bs renang, banyak plafon yg bocor, sprei kasur bekas org tdur tdk diganti, tvnya tdk berfungsi.. Sarapan pagi pun hnya pilihan roti bakar atau nasi goreng sangat buruk di hotel ini, sdh tdk kedua kali nginap di sini, tdk percaya coba saja nginap..
Masukan saja bilang bos segera perbaiki harga mahal tapi tak sesuai yg diharapkan.masih hotel lain yg lbh baik

Hotel bintang rasa penginapan mawar.joroknya minta ampun, kolam renang dilantai 5 tp tangga manual. Kalau bertepatan dgn jadwal pertandingan bola kaki maka mau renang harus bayar 60K/org walaupun tamu. Banyak sekali tamu yg sdh book room via app (sdh lunas) tp waktu check in kamarnya sdh ditempati tamu lain yg check in byr cash.

Tidak boleh kasih poin 0, kalau tidak pasti 0 poin. Air di kamar sudah diminum, kebersihannya terlalu buruk, ruangannya terlalu kecil, dan tidak ada sinyal saya 10.000 rupiah Indonesia.
