Excellent staff especially for breakfast which was more than adequate.. I would have liked the availability of snacks and a drink in the evening however, since the restaurant next door was only open 1 of 6 days during my stay.
The hotel is very clean. The digital only operation of entry to hotel and room was unusual, but did work well. The location is perfect for a stay in Termoli.

Absolutely fabulous location, within a stone's throw of the beach and the center of Termoli. A bit tired/worn in terms of decor and infrastructure, but perfectly acceptable. Clean. Staff: Incredibly friendly and responsive. And, a great value!

Fantastic location. The walled ancient town was on our doorstep and the town centre seem to be very near as well. Quite dated, but we were perfectly comfortable. Had a beautiful Seaview with balcony. There is a bar below, the music was very loud going on into the early hours, but with the doors shut and the shutters closed the noise was minimal. If you are a light sleeper like us, take your earplugs just in case! (I don’t think the music is loud every single night). The Aircon works very well. The room was small, but perfectly comfortable and clean. There was even a mezzanine with a small, single bed, not that we needed it. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee was good. Marina, the receptionist was very friendly helpful and professional. We managed to park our car very near to the hotel and there was no charge.

From the minute I stepped into Santa Lucia I felt at home. I was in Termoli visiting family and friends. Gianluca and his staff all made me feel very welcome. They even moved my room to have a view of the sea. Rooms are clean, tidy and have all you need. Bathrooms especially are filled with toiletries and the shower is powerful. The fridge is very useful and there is also a safe to leave valuables. Breakfast in their restaurant was also perfect. Amazing view and huge choice of food and drink, all presented with a smile. Quite honestly the hotel made my stay in Termoli so special. Perfectly positioned next to the old town I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting and I stay in lots of hotels with my work. We had a lovely stay at a perfectly situated hotel - almost on the beach. We were greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist and she told us about the history of the building. We had fabulous views from our room and a stones throw from the heart of the town. The breakfast was served in a lovely characterful room - were we met the friendly manager of the hotel who told us all about the area and history. I must compliment the breakfast - lots of choice and fresh produce - a fabulous place to stay

This hotel is the best choice in terms of location, surroundings and staff availability. Located in front of the beach, on a small and quiet square, you have direct access to the sea and the old town of Termoli. Within a few more steps you are in the city centre and very close to the station. The sea front rooms offer a spectacular sea view, especially at sunset. In the square in front of the hotel (closed to cars) you can enjoy drinks and breakfast in a heaven atmosphere. And the Hotel Manager will do anything possible to make your life easier and solve any problems you might have with your booking and your stay! Silvia - Milano - July 2022

Siamo stati davvero molto bene in questa struttura situata proprio ai piedi del castello di Termoli e con ingresso a pochissimi metri dal mare. La suite spaziosissima e confortevole e con vista bellissima.Terrazzino con orto con erbe spezie ed odori. colazione buona e abbondante.personale gentile e professionale

Posizione fantastica, direttamente sulla spiaggia, le mura della città vecchia sono una prosecuzione con l'Hotel. Camera vista mare. Ristoranti e zona centrale tutto a portata di mano. Colazione di qualità. Convenzione con stabilimento e garage.Un buon riferimento.
