Seconda volta in questa struttura e seconda volta che siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, l'accoglienza calorosa, la colazione abbondante e puntuale, la camera diversa dalla precedente ma anche più luminosa e accogliente, i servizi parcheggio e l'ubicazione chiudono un quadro a dir poco perfetto. Ringraziamo davvero l'Antica Interamnia per la bellissima esperienza! Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful B&B!! Huge rooms, SUPER clean, great prices, can easily walk to and from train station. It's located in the historic district. Beautiful bathroom with everything you need, lovely sitting room, fully furnished kitchen, heat, ac, tvs, big windows that open, wifi, elevator, free breakfast delivered to your door, free garage parking. Highest quality everything. Lovely, helpful people who manage it. We have stayed in 5 star hotels that cost 4-5x as much, and they were not as nice nor as spacious as Antica Interamnia. We cannot fault a thing. Brilliant place! 10 stars!!

The place is so authentic and artistic and at the same time full of all the modern amenities. Spacious rooms and high ceiling with like the new overlooking history. It’s so clean and quiet and close to everything I actually didn’t have to use the car to do all my shopping and dining. It has a private parking which is very helpful in those narrow streets. The host is wonderful.

Ho soggiornato una notte, presso la struttura, per motivi lavorativi. La posizione è ottima ed è possibile raggiungere ristoranti, bar , negozi e piazza principale comodamente a piedi. Plus della struttura l'utilizzo del garage. Lo consiglio! Infatti tornerò la settimana prossima.

Foi uma grata surpresa o apartamento. Já esperava algo de bom, mas superou as expectativas! Fomos recebidos com o apartamento quentinho (estava muito frio em Téramo, perto de 0 graus), com todas as comodidades possíveis: toalhas, café, cozinha completa, todos os cômodos muito limpos, enfim, só alegria. O café da manhã é deixado na porta do apartamento: leite quentinho, cápsulas de café, croissant doces, bolinho saboroso, yogurt, suquinho de caixa, mel, manteiga e outros doces para passar nos pães torrados. As camas são confortáveis com roupa de cama branquinha. Nota 10 para tudo!

Il proprietario è stato fin da subito professionale e eccellente nell'accoglienza. L'appartamento è ben tenuto. Struttura consigliata, Teramo poi merita!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima dimora. Iniziando con la gentilezza del proprietario, molto cordiale ed attento ad ogni dettaglio, abbiamo poi constatato una eccellente pulizia di tutti gli spazi, una abbondante colazione, una eccellente posizione nel centro storico e il confortevolissimo parcheggio per l’auto che, altrimenti, visto le dimensioni dei vicoli, andrebbe lasciata fuori dalle mura. Sicuramente la consigliamo
