Hotel Ambassador

O yes, its a really nice hotel; we had a "panoramic" type room with side lake view - on the front of the hotel, very sunny south facing balcony. aircon was powerful. Nice hotel staff. to get into town go uphill from the hotel turn right just before the road bridge, up the alleyway and cross over 1 road to then youre there. For good picknics go to big supermarket-downhill to the lake road, keep going with the lake on your right until the roundabout cross over. do's: walk around the lake (anticlockwise to find the start easier! Walk through the apple orchards to the big lake and go on the pedallo there Hire a rowing boat on a lake alevico walk up to various old forts. chill by the pool, or the hotel secret garden (over road)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff from dinning room to reception to house keeping were so friendly. Whilst English was not everyone's 2nd language we had no problems with the language, reception and most of dinning room were fluent. The owner makes a point of visiting your table on 1st night to see if any problems. Rooms were clean and spacious, we had a room at the front of hotel with side view of lake, the road out side is extremely quite. The food throughout was superb and varied, typical Italian food and a chance to practice my pigeon Italian on the waiters. The pool was spotless, plenty of beds and parasols on the tiered Bank to the side of the pool. 2 whirlpools. Garden across from the hotel was nice touch. Whilst we never used the spa many did. The guests at this hotel were mainly Italians which speaks volumes for its reputation. Its position is great, 2 mins to the lake and parks. 10 to 15 mins into the town. Half the fun was finding different ways to town we found 4! I'm sure there's many more. Its not often I do this but I would give the ambassador, its owner, staff, and food 10 out of 10. 1 little tiny recommendation put smaller shower heads on to increase the pressure. No hesitation, use the ambassador you will not regret it.

We enjoyed our stay here, loved the location and as singles we had great rooms with large double beds and a lovely balcony. The rooms were at the back so not much of a view but we didn't spend much time out there. The room was a bit plain but the bed was comfortable, the same can't be said for the pillows, I ended up using a spare duvet inside a pillow case for a more comfortable sleep. Breakfast is very good with lots to choose from. Dinner was very Italian and we enjoyed most meals. Some of the staff were ok but we sometimes felt, as English, that we were left in favour of their German and Italian diners. Not all staff were fluent English speakers but most understood a bit. I confess we don't speak a lot of Italian. The lady owner work in the dining room and was very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool area and the little garden across the road. There are lots of lovely walks around the lake and to close by villages. Levico is a lovely town and we spent a lot of time wandering around the little streets and visiting local cafes. Would recommend the hotel and the area, it's a great way to spend a holiday.

Siamo stati a Pasqua in compagnia di amici per due notti e tre giorni. L’hotel si presenta veramente bene, ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Partiamo dai punti forti. La proprietaria e tutto il personale sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Camere veramente belle e ben tenute. Pulizia veramente perfetta. Bagni ami con docce enormi. Ti senti a casa tua. La SPA con piscina due saune bagno turco e varie docce emozionali si presenta bene. Sala massaggi. Esiste anche una piscina esterna ovviamente chiusa ad aprile. Location situata a 150 metri dal lago e ad un km circa dal centro/parco. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi anche se tutto in salita all’andata. Parcheggio ampio e fronte albergo. Colazione all’altezza con salato e dolce di buona fattura. Non rimarrete delusi. Unica nota che non mi ha fatto dare le 5 stelle è stata la cena. Sufficiente ma non soddisfacente. Mi sarei aspettato piatti trentini tipici ma nelle due serate nulla di tutto ciò. Anche la cena di Pasqua è stata appena sufficiente nella qualità. Si può e si deve far meglio. Basta poco credetemi. Due canederli, un piatto di spatzle o come dolce un semplice strudel. Un grazie infinito per i regalini ricevuti.

Hotel molto bello,curato nei minimi dettagli peccato che: - al nostro arrivo, verso le 14.30, la nostra camera non fosse pronta e invece di scusarsi offrendoci magari un caffè o un aperitivo di benvenuto, ci ha sottolineato di non disturbare le signore delle pulizie! Anche il giorno dopo rientriamo in hotel verso le 15 e la camera non era stata ancora pulita! Mai successo!!! - camera bella, ma con una pulizia superficiale, due dita di polvere e cimici dappertutto! - area piscina carina, ma un po’ freddina, non stavi dentro volentieri, -area spa piccolina con due saune e un bagno turco. - colazione sicuramente non da 4 stelle: avevo sottolineato che ero allergica al latte, ma per me solo un tipo di biscotti confezionati! Peccato davvero perché l’hotel molto bello e anche Levico Terme!

Gran bel hotel situato a due passi dal lungolago del Lago di Levico e allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Le camere son belle, ben dotate e con balcone. Silenziose. L'hotel è dotato di centro benessere e di piscina sia interna con idromassaggio che esterna. La colazione è super, c'è di ogni.
