The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and well equipped with nice modern décor and some have sea views. The breakfast was great too and Simon was a fantastic host and was most welcoming. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Simon.

Perfect location, lovely view of the beach and Simon, our host was so nice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Simon.

We were so lucky to choose the Farnham, everything was just perfect. In twist of fate we ended up staying there twice, once for 4 nights in room 2 which was excellent, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Our second stay for for 3 nights in room 5 which was equally perfect and came with a view of the beach. All in all it exceeded all of our expections and we can't wait to return. Simon, the owner was most hospitable.

You could not ask for a kinder and more attentive host than Simon, and his apartment was wonderful place to stay in Tenby – we highly and warmly recommend it. Due to complications on our trip, we suddenly had to arrive a day earlier than planned and to stay a day longer – this was not a problem at all. Simon was so helpful and made a really bad day into a good day We received a very friendly and warm welcome, and our apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location is also very central in Tenby. Tenby is a great place for a holiday.

Just returned from the Farnham hotel.firstly Simon the host was very amiable and friendly and made us very welcome.this is not a Hotel there are no hotel facilities it’s a five bedroom guest house,we had room 5 which is an attic extension which is up 6 flights of steep stairs would not have booked if I’d been informed of .room was spotless and tasteful but would not describe it as a deluxe king size ,as could only stand up in 2/3rds of it due to the sloping roof ,large bathroom but felt very weird due to the slope in the floor.

Lovely modernised guest house. Room with sea view was spotless and well equipped with tea coffee and a fridge. Bathroom was enormous! A very reasonably priced breakfast, no fry up but eggs available ( which is fine for me). Car park very close £10 for 24 hours which isn’t bad, although there is very limited free street parking you’re unlikely to find it free. A short walk to the beach and the town walls, restaurants etc. Big thank you to Simon who was a great host. Highly recommended.

Unlike some of the small hotels nearby the Farnham has been tastefully modernised. With a cheerful welcome from Simon, we were very happy with our room. (2). The size was perfectly adequate for the amount of time spent in it. Whoever said the king bed wasn't a king size must have a faulty tape measure ( who takes a tape measure on holiday?) The door of the shower was stiff, but we weren't bothered. Everything was clean and modern. Liked the fridge in the wall. Shame the ice machine didn't work as that's a good idea but not an issue. Plugs by mirror, thank the lord. Breakfast was plentiful but simple, however not overpriced and you could just decide the night before. Parking now 10 pounds for 24 hours, bit pricey but convenient to hotel and beach. Lastly, there was a lovely smell as you walked in. Fresh and clean. The sheets smelled great too. All in all, highly recommend

We arrived early in Tenby it was pouring down with rain so we asked Simon the owner could we check in earlier than the advised time of 2-30pm . He was only too pleased to allow us a earlier check in. We were shown to room 2 and upon opening the door was met by a absolutely stunning room very modern and lots of space. The separate bathroom was full of very tasteful decor. The bed was comfortable and large there was a small fridge in the room where we stocked our alcoholic drinks to keep cool.

This is advertised as a luxury hotel with parking and free breakfast, that's why I booked it. It is a glorified guest house, no parking, no free breakfast and no residents lounge. Avoid room 4, it's dark and dismal. Only light is via the bathroom window which has a frosted bathroom door to let light in!! I did not like the lack of privacy. Lights not working, and toilet brush disgusting!! Spoke to owner, hope he gets things sorted for next guest's.
