Another nice stay at the Premier in Tenby. However there were a few things I wasn’t happy about. Firstly being in room 403 on the top floor brought some problems. Very warm especially in the night and with no windows to open sleeping was a chore. I booked months in advance so why we were shoved on the 4th floor I didn’t quite understand. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and 403 is the smallest room we have ever stayed in.Very little room around the bed especially at the bottom where we had to turn sideways to pass each other. We did the meal deal which was excellent as usual. Staff as always are very friendly and polite.

Very nice hotel, great location, and very clean, staff very friendly, food was really nice, great location for seeing west wales, only one issue rooms were very hot, no windows to open. Needs ventilation, Booking in was easy and quick, Cardiff next door reasonably priced

Had lovely stay in this premierr inn! The staff were so friendly and especially Emma who went above and beyond - she was so lovely ❤️breakfast was lovely and such good value. The hotels literally so close to the beach - the reason we booked in the first place.

Amazing staff. One of the best experiences I've had. Can't wait to go back. All 5 of us were disabled. Lots of help given. Prices in restaurant was fair and meals were larg.Rooms clean and tidy. I wish we had longer. Maybe next time.would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was lovely especially the pancakes were tasty and a great selection to choose from, a bargain for 10.99. Friendly staff especially Jade she was wonderful during our stay hats off to her! Room was great and clean just the windows don’t open which most premier inns are like that! would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel stayed here a few times it’s always clean.Jade served us today at the bar for a quick drink. She was great. Very polite and helpful. Hair dryer in room not working glad we packed one. We haven’t eaten here yet so can’t comment on the food.

Great location for visiting Tenby but all 4 of us had the worst nights sleep. Rooms were both boiling hot and the aircon only goes down to 19’c and sounds like someone filling a bathtub full of water. There was also a strange smell in both bathrooms and every time you flush, bits of black stuff would appear. Wouldn’t stay here again
