I Was supposed to book 4 rooms for October, for business travelers. since there are many displaced Israelis staying in small hotels in these unfortunate days in Israel, I was told by some hotels in Tel Aviv that they don't recommend to book hotels for October since these booking might be cancelled later on. therefor I was calling 130 rock to ask if this is the situation also with them. The conversation started with a very rude women answering "Hallloooo" to the phone, as if I was calling her at home, then I was asking if they sell rooms these days, she answered aggressively "what"? I don't understand your question", so I was asking again, explaining why I am asking, and then again in a very rude inpatient aggressive way saying that she dont understand the question. At that point I have asked if this is a hotel, and the answer was that "we are an apartment hotel", so I asked again, "are you selling rooms"? and again I am getting the answer "I don't understand your question", in a tone that made me feel that I am really bothering her. As she sounded from the beginning of the call very aggressive, upset and inpatient, I asked her to please take a deep breath so I can clarify it again, and then from that moment on she started yelling at me and hang-up the phone. As If Tourists from abroad are standing on the line. With that kind of service, my company will never send anyone to your hotel!!!
