All in all a great hotel. Everyone does speak English (even if it’s only partial) however everyone does speak Russian. They seemed to run out of popular drinks very quickly. Non-Alcoholic drink selection could be better. The buffet restaurant is chaotic. Tables not getting turned quick enough and you do have to walk around to find a table and if the tables have not been cleared your trying to find someone to clear a table, would be so much better if they had someone seating people and tables been cleared quickly. The food is good and does have a variety of options. The rooms are spacious and modern and they are clean. One recommendation would be to have a do not disturb sign to be able to put on the door. No rooms have a sea view as the layout of the hotel is different to a standard hotel. all the rooms do have views of the gardens which are amazing and is a very nice walk to the pool and dining areas. The pool area is nice, there is a pool area which is shaded and another which is in the sun all day. Fehmi and the entertainment team are great, walking around all day trying to get people involved in games and making people welcome and just generally making sure you’re having a nice time.

Hotel is gorgeous, food is delicious, drinks are strong, the staff are excellent absolutely loved it here and dreading going home! Lots of wild cats and kittens about which is an extra bonus if you’re an animal lover! The rooms were perfect too, very clean and air con is good, the bed was super comfy! We will be back!

I have recently returned home following a 11 night stay at the Marti Myra. Check-in was smooth and quick, however we were misinformed about the Al-la-Carte restaurants. Unfortunately, we were told that all of them are at additional costs, and it was only 5-6 days into our holiday that I found out that two of the restaurants were in fact included in my package. Sadly, I was not able to get a reservation at either of these.  Walking into the Reception/lobby, it was a big and spacious area with sofas and chairs going round the circle building with a bar towards the back. This was a good space to relax and chill in the evening. My only criticism, the hotel could look into having more seating here as it would get full quickly and leave nowhere to sit. There was a big space for children to run around and play too. We spent a lot of the late evenings here enjoying drinks and talking to friends we made during our stay.  Room – the room was big and nice, with a large dressing table, TV, sofa, separate sofa bed, table, balcony, and two large cupboards. There was also a mini fridge which was included in the all-inclusive, this was stocked up daily (water bottles, soft drink cans and juice cartons). The bathroom was also big with a walk-in shower and hairdryer provided. The room also has air-conditioning which was definitely needed throughout our stay.    Breakfast – was served in the main restaurant where you could sit inside or outside. Cold foods and salads were served inside, and hot foods were outside. All meals here are buffet style. Breakfast was the same each day but we didn’t have an issue and never struggled to find something to eat. We mostly ate eggs, pancakes and fruits. There is an omelette station, please note though this tends to close/stop serving at 10am. There was one chef cooking omelettes to order here, it was slow at times and long queues would form. I was not sure why the chef was only cooking one order at a time despite having a second cooker which wasn’t used.   Snack bar – this was located behind the outdoor buffet and open between 11am-4pm. The food here was good and tasty, serving pizzas, burgers, doner wraps, fruit and salad, and drinks. You could either eat here or take the food away. This was a great place to get some nice food during the day.  Lunch – was served in the main restaurant, buffet style. Plenty of meat and vegetarian options to choose from.   Dinner – again, served in the main restaurant, buffet style. A lot of variety, meat and vegetarian options. Some foods were the same each day, but they did add some different foods, especially at the meat grill. One of the days they had lamb doner which was very popular amongst all the guests, unfortunately I was part of a queue which took more than 30 minutes to serve!! I would suggest the hotel look into long food queues and find a way of managing this, this is too long to wait.  In summary, the food was good, tasty and all cooked + prepared fresh. Beautiful place. Lovely big clean reception area. Staff were great. We booked a 2 bedroom superior room and it was fantastic. King-size bed in the big room and 2 singles in the other. Shower was massive walk in. Cleaned every day. Had balcony, safe, fridge, tv in both rooms. The grounds are fantastic and well kept. Pools are great and always sun loungers available. Food was delicious and good quality. Entertainment was good. Bar staff very friendly and funny. Beach is 1 minute walk and again lots of loungers available.

BE WARNED! Looking for luxury, or a great family resort look elsewhere esp if your English! –––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Summary: This Hotel and Resort is not what is not what Tui is selling or even close to expectations on online reviews via Trip Advisor or Google, please read below to avoid a holiday that under-delivers and leaves you needing a holiday afterwards! The Hotel: So the complex looks amazing on arrival but once inside there is a different story, the lobby and reception is very dated, and none of the staff speak very limited English so understanding our stay and options was extremely upsetting. The Rooms: The rooms are very dated, beds and decor are out of the 70s's, we had two rooms and both air con units did not work, we hardly slept most nights. The showers are basic shower heads with no pressure. The fridge did not cool our small bottles of water included in our all-inclusive stay which was so disappointing. The beds are single beds place together, and so firm sleep was not an option. Beach: So the website and trip advisor and TUI claim this is a frontline sand and pebble beach resort!! Oh my, there is no sand, ignore the photos and videos, I personally tried to walk on the so-called sand and fell in minutes as the pebbles were so sharp and un walkable, I cut my wrist on the stones so bad I had to retreat. I did try further up the so-called beach it only got worse, I watched as couples, children and older folk fell onto the stones in agony… not many made it into the sea Entertainment: All of the entertainment was in Turkish, so our kids could not participate in the bingo, pool games and others, we were left as bystanders unable to boom any additional excursions or activities. Food: The main restaurant is a buffet, most food are served in metal self-serve buffet containers, all of which were overcooked, dry and very poor quality. Most un edible, leaving a lot of food wasted. There are a few live cooking stations but these were the same for the entire holiday so became very boring. We were glad to get home to eat something fresh and different! Additional Restaurants: Please note TUI claim restaurants are included, but only two are included, and you can only choose one for free, the rest are additional and range from £25 to £40 per person Mexican - heavily spiced and salted, not edible, we all left our dishes Asian - We didn't book this as it was a very limited buffet-style offering for over £100 for family of 4, for a buffet with only 20 dishes to choose from this is not a great choice Phaselis Fish Restaurant - Additional cost for packages ranging from £30 per person to over £150 per person for the day stay We opted to dine here in the evening for £30m per person, most the menu was not available that day and we were given a very limited, selection of dishes, we left most of them due to the poor quality and some were so over salted they were unedible Steak Restaurant - Additional cost, we didn't try this based on the
