In general, very good hotel for family oriented vacation, hotel vicinity is very green, scenery is great. Overall, the landscape of hotel, and living buildings are great. Beach is awesome, and the water quality, safety team, as well as water sports facilities are excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they speak various languages, so you will find a connection. From staff, I would like to mention Mamatbek from a bar in the main restaurant, and Gulsezim - she served us mostly indoor and kids restaurant. Also, the staff at Mini kids club and dessert and coffee cafe were outstanding as well. The only feedback for improvement i would say is room cleaning service could be better, our room was cleaned only after we requested, although we tipped quite often I would say. Food was delicious and top quality. The only improvement i would suggest to consider more natural juicies, i felt that juices were too sweet and like a nectar, not a juice. When u travel with kids, and they constantly ask for juice, it is not food to give them more sugar-based nectars. Consider having at least orange or apple fresh during breakfast, i know that it is pricey, but at least for early comers.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The grounds are generous and very green, pine trees and palms provide much needed shadow, and water fountains all around. The rooms are spacious and clean, food is as good as in top restaurants in Turkey, new each day. The sea is clean and bright, but most of all the hotel team is incredible - special shoutout to Angy and Said! Our stay was absolutely perfect <3

Beautiful Hotel with amazing food. Great View from the rooms into the nature Pool and beach are Clean Service ist great, but the english from the staff ist Not so good.

The grounds are great and the staff do what they can but the term “ultra” all inclusive means nothing at all. The food is fine but never changes. The alcoholic drinks are the cheapest possible thw wine is just not drinkable. If your own menus say mojitos as made with limes then but some limes to make them. You can’t get soft drinks easily as the soda machines are all behind the bars rather than available for people to use. They allow dogs in so the yapping by the pool/bar/lobby is CONSTANT. A few tweaks could make this is much more enjoyable holiday.

First the positives and there are a number. The gardens, pools and beach are fantastic and well maintained. Numerous places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The dive center made our holiday and the team there are so attentive and professional. What a great experience they gave us. The food options are significant and of good quality (except the deserts which are bland and all taste the same). Bar staff were happy and friendly. Bedrooms are large and the air con works well in 42 degree heat. Now the challenges I have with this resort and the GM really needs to take note of the criticism directed by all the comments from his guests. Because if there is a trend of poor feedback and nothing is being done then the GM is accountable. If I was a shareholder of this resort I should also take note and force change. 1. Room service was appalling. Hair on the shower tray for 4 days and untouched, ran out of soap and never restocked (and the most watered down soap ever), missing towels - 3 times and we had to keep calling for restock. Not just dirty towels needing replaced but completely missing). The only thing room service do is throw your duvet on the bed and tuck it in. That is it 2. Guest relations couldn’t care at all. We had an ant infestation on my daughters bed ( you can expect ants given the resort is in a forest) but when I asked guest relations to look into it, they said “can this wait until tomorrow”. This was at midday. When WiFi wouldn’t work, we asked for someone to look into it and they said “The IT person is too busy to deal with you and come back tomorrow”. When they called to ask how our stay was, we started telling them some issues and they couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. We only got to 2 of the multiple challenges. 3. Public toilets were absolutely disgusting. Human faeces all over the toilet seats and urine all over the floors. Multiple times in both male and female toilets. Seriously!!! The hammam is awesome but to get into it you need to pass by the most smelly toilet in the resort. Completely off putting. 4. 5star is totaly misleading. Perhaps a very low 4 star but given the above issues I would rate a low 3. Honestly *********** should demand proof of 5 star before hosting such resorts. So Mr GM what action are going to take? Why don’t you hire consultants to train your staff better or hire more staff if there are shortages. But please don’t just say you have informed the various departments to do better. As clearly given the comment trends this doesn’t work.

We had relaxing time in Marti Myra. Review: 1. Location: resort is in a pine tree and palm tree park/forrest. It is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Some buildings were having trees embeded as owners cared for trees rather than cut them! Well done!! 2. Pools were Pamukale like terraces. Which are very feng shui. Beach is clean with sand and peebles. Clean and well maintained. Entrance in sea has paths with sacks of sand, but become very quick deep. 3. Ultra all inclusive is however a big minus. It is all inclusive plus maximum as there were no fridges around beach or close to beach with water or other drinks like cola etc. Only at the beach bars. It was a designed area with fridges but not as the UAI standard. Indeed international drinks were available like whiskey, gin or brandy at the bars. Food was enough, a lot of stews and salads but less variety of fish( small sea bass, salmon, trout and shrimps ocassionally). 4. Personell: like someone said before" if you don't speak russian you're lost" . Indeed it was. A lot of season workers from Kyrkystan which were speaking only russian, no smiles , not a single "good morning". Turkish employees were more polite but ocassionaly. 5. Most of the tourists were russian. Manners were lacking and discomfort was present as they feel entitled to use and abuse of all resort regardless of other tourists. All in one: beautiful, relaxing if you block some aspects but I will not come again.

This hotel is advertised as a five-star, “ultra all-inclusive” resort, but our experience was far from what was promised. There are serious discrepancies between the marketing and the actual conditions on site. Rooms in Poor Condition: We were shown multiple rooms, all of which were outdated and poorly maintained — broken TVs and safes, mould on the aircon unit, unpleasant odours, and generally unclean conditions. We had to change rooms four times, which wasted most of our day. Even the final room was well below any reasonable five-star standard. The rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly and the bedding or towels were not changed once in either of our rooms in our 5 day stay at the hotel. Unhelpful, Disorganised Staff: The staff seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. Communication was a major issue — especially for English-speaking guests — and there was little coordination between internal departments of the hotel. Simple requests took a long time or were ignored altogether. Some staff are plain rude but most of them are just overwhelmed and severely undertrained, not knowing what their jobs in the resort actually are. I am assuming that this is a financial issue and the hotel is trying to cut the cost anywhere it can. Food & Beverage Issues: The drinks were of very poor quality. Wine was served warm, with no information on what it even was. Bar staff couldn’t make basic cocktails or serve drinks properly. The buffet restaurant was chaotic, overcrowded, and lacking in hygiene. There was no way to reserve a table — even for birthdays or special occasions. Misleading Website Information: Despite advertising several à la carte restaurants (including a steakhouse and Anatolian restaurant), they were closed during our stay with no explanation. What’s worse, the hotel doesn’t mention that there are extra charges for these venues and other areas like the Phaselis Bar — misleading for anyone booking expecting a truly all-inclusive experience. Cold “Heated” Pool: The spa’s indoor “heated” pool was freezing — again, contrary to what is advertised online. Pricing Concerns: One member of our group was charged the same rate as two adults sharing a room, with no clear explanation provided. It felt arbitrary and unfair. On our last day a safe in one of our rooms malfunctioned and we had to call maintenance. Maintenance had to drill the safe because it was so old that the locking mechanism had broken. I raised several of these concerns with hotel management but unfortunately received no meaningful response. The overall impression is that guest feedback is not taken seriously, and foreign guests in particular may be viewed as unlikely to follow up with complaints — a serious misjudgment. I will be submitting formal complaints to the Ministries of Health and Tourism, as the level of service, poor hygiene, misleading pricing, and general disregard for guests’ well-being and rights is unacceptable for a hotel that charges premium rates and claims to be five-sta

We’ve had a wonderful 11 night stay. From start to finish our experience has been wonderful. For a family of 4 who have never done All Inclusive before my worry is that Marti Myra may have set the bar too high and we may never have a stay anywhere else as good as this. The resort is big, but you hardly feel it in the sense of how well operated it is. The buffet flows seamlessly with plenty of options, the entertainment team on poolside always bring a great vibe and the waiting staff are incredibly attentive. Overall, a great family vacation
