The Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. The food is ofen overcoocked, especially meat, some dishes are way to salty (for exsample soups) and some needs more taste. The omlete at breqkfast is perfect! The icecream, cocktails and orher drinks are tasty too. The Hotel is verry clean. All the shows were qualitative. The staff are super fantastic! They are nice and welcoming. Children here are loved, the staff always smiling to them. One employee espacially caught our eyes, he was amazing - friendly, funny, smart, his eloquence in english was something out of this world, he speaks in englosh verry well and his storys were verry interesting. This guy made our vacarion even more excellent. This name is Yusuf, he’s a tall waiter at the beach bar.

Hey everyone! Just wrapped up my 6th stay at the hotel (deluxe pool room - 28 building) and I’ve gotta say—things have changed since the whole 2020 pandemic deal. A lot of hotels took a hit, so don’t expect pre-2020 vibes when you’re booking vacays now. This year though? Super on-point cleaning, more staff around, and the coffee/beverages? Way better. Only downside? Not enough free beach lounges, but that’s ‘cause the place was totally packed. All in all, it was a solid stay! Already looking forward to coming back next year. Shoutout to Inna from guest relations—she’s a total gem and hooked me up with all the tips! And Saida at reception? The best. She walked me through all the new features and had my back whenever I needed anything. Oh, and for the record—I saw some comments about the staff not speaking English. Not my experience at all! Zero communication issues here. See yaaa guys!

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff is very friendly, and the food, drinks, and desserts are excellent. Towels are available everywhere, which is very convenient. When we arrived, our room had a crib instead of a bed for our child, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. There was a small issue in our room when part of the sink fell off, but the staff reacted fast and repaired it right away. We also needed a doctor during our stay. The nurse didn’t speak much English, but they brought someone to help, and we got the needed prescription medicine. The pharmacy was close, so all worked well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is amazing, and the service is excellent!

we were there in June, the weather was hot, but there was enough of umbrellas. I like this hotel so much, we were there second time. High level of service, big territory. They have a check out waiting area after 12 with showers, towels, tv, sofas end etc. Tasty cocktails, ice creams.

Overall a nice hotel with beautiful, large, clean territory, good food choice, professional & amazing evening shows. I can give the highest praise to the most hardworking and most diligent bartender Ashi at the pool bar, a very positive person. Things worth improving: - The main restaurant lady managers are kind, always respond positively to everything you ask and promise to do everything, but even when being reminded in WhatsApp, the things they promised were mostly forgotten to be done unfortunately. - The biggest disappointment: freezing cold aquapark for kids. It was useless. Even the sea was way warmer in mid October. For all the hotel guests just 1 heated pool which was everyday overcrowded and pre taken with towels. Other pools are freezing cold and freezing cold aquapark. So many pools and an amazing aquapark, but they were useless because of freezing cold water. Great disappointment. -Quu-SPA center is way overpriced. You have to bargain a lot to get a reasonable price. Took a massage. The masseuse was sick, sneezing all the time, and sniffing her nose - no relaxation, waste of money. On the beach there is a guy (with dyed gray hair) who offers Quu-spa services, very pushy and rude. - Would advise renovating the rooms and adding heating to all the pools and the aquapark. - Almost no animation team. Mostly for small children at the kids club.

The hotel is outstanding. Details are perfectly chosen. Problems are as follows: 1. Reception staff is impolite and rude. We have been checked by Asian lady with glasses who didn’t accommodate any of our needs. 2. Guests service was helpless. We have been in Deluxe Family Room with one lousy hair dryer. We asked to get one more and the answer was negative although we had three long hair for ladies and one man to be dried everyday. We lost additional hour everyday with this issue. 3. Staff do not speak English at all. 4. Food was the same everyday. No variations. 5. Quality of food was poor. 6. Great person who charmed us was Mr. Onur, the waiter at the bar between buildings 14 and 17. 7. Animations at amphitheater were poor and cheap. 8. Russian guests are privileged comparing with everyone else. 9. Restaurant is unsafe by the grill area. There is smoke everywhere. There was incident and fire. They had to use fire extinguishers. See photos. This is our 12th time in Antalya. Due to aforementioned reasons we felt much better and accepted in other hotels with less standard and luxury. Especially, we are coming from Bosnia, which is very close to Turkey considering history, heritage and legacy that we share. Hope this will help to all future guests who plan to give huge amount of money for lousy service.

We went at the middle of May, the first week was on the colder side, 2 days of rain and mostly 26c during the day, the second week was a lot better about 30c every day. The hotel was the best ever we have stayed at. Last year we were to a similarly priced hotel and it wasn't even comparable to Gural. The food was great, lots of fresh fruit like oranges and strawberries (which we have not seen in other hotels usually). The heated pool was as warm as a bath almost. The aquapark had lots of slides, but the big one was not open yet. Don't know if its because we were so early in May or because of other reasons. The room was quite big and had both a shower and bath. Everything was clean in the room. The room also includes all the stuff you could need like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, cotton pads, etc. The imported alcohol was awesome, lots of drinks to choose from like Malibu, Bailey's, Jack Daniel, Chivas etc. If you go to the main pool bar make sure to get drinks from Aschil. He was very friendly and made the best drinks. We even got pina coladas with real coconut milk. If you go to the aqua park bar then get drinks from Beyza. She was also very friendly and remembered our drinks. I was just sitting at a table and she would send me my drink even without asking. The service level was top notch. Every time I sat down at a table to just scroll my phone I was approached by 1-2 waiters always asking me if I would like something to drink. The kids playground was the best we have ever seen. Plenty of space outside. And even a huge playground inside with slides etc. Our son even liked to stay there by himself, which he usually doesn't want to do. You could just tell your room number and leave your kids in the playground and the staff call you if needed. All you need to give is your room number. The wifi was also better than most hotels. The speed was plenty and coverage was great. The evening shows were great. The Surreal Hotel illusionist show was the best magic show we have ever seen. I would have paid extra for that show. It was that good. The only thing we didn't like was that some of the entertainment staff try to address you in Russian first. I get it it's Turkey and there will be a lot of Russian tourists, but it is a personal gripe. Overall English communication could be improved for all staff, but it was fine for us. It was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
