Rixos Premium Tekirova - the Land of Legends Access

Риксос уже не тот...нужно переименовывать в Rixos Economy Tekirova. В прошлом году разочаровались в Rixos Sungate, в этом году решили порадовать себя Tekirova, но от риксосов осталось только название и завышенная ценой. Экономия на каждом этапе, люди по старой памяти едут в риксос(как и мы), народу много, а персонала катастрофически не хватает. Из вечерних развлечений дискотека внутри детского клуба и живая музыка в лобби, честно говоря вечером откровенно скукота в отеле. Подогреваемый уличный бассейн просто для галочки, подогревается маленькая часть. В ресторане дождаться напитков не реально, сделали бы точки где сам можешь налить, проще самим сходить. Приобрели номер с видом на море, нам бесплатно сделали "повышение" номера. Номер в дальнем корпусе с выходом к бассейну(без подогрева), рядом с детской площадкой, где о тишине можно только мечтать) Отказались от такого "повышения", т.к. понятно было, что просто номера нашего класса не было из готовых. Пришли на ресепшн, так и есть, заселили только в 15. Дали боковой вид на море, вместо прямого. Персонал делали максимально переживающий и понимающий вид, но номер не менял. Уже ближе к выезду предложили другой номер, написали об этом в 16 дня, что сейчас его прибираем в итоге "прибирали" его до 22 вечера, номер понравился, но т.к. ребенок уже спал, попросили на след день сутра переехать, отказали, сказали номеров не хватает. На тему номеров, был отличный корпус с номерами стандарт, но его переделали. Заехали в этот раз в "делюкс", не понятно по каким критериям такое громкое название, обычный маленький номер, на полу плитка вместо коврового покрытия, санузел закрывающийся створками, в туалет спокойно не сходишь, я думаю это для многих важно. Пришли в веревочный городок, он не работает. Оказывается в ватсап присылали не верное время. Веревочный городок, скалодром работает по 1 часу в день в районе обеда. А для детей немного постарше, это грубо говоря одно из развлечений, рикси кидс все же для более маленьких. Вообщем сильное разочарование от риксосов, не сравнимо с тем, что было до 2022, видно что пытаются экономить на всем что можно. Что из премиальности осталось: это дорогие бутылечки косметики и по еде, была раз икра, раз красная рыба, а в остальном это обычная нормальная пятерка, но не за такие деньги. После уехали в отель классом ниже, при этом качество отдыха было выше. Конечно в риксосе очень выигрышное место, прекрасная природа, ухоженная территория, но отель сменил концепцию в не лучшую сторону, пытаются просто зарабатывать на былом имени. Спасибо за прошлые путешествия, они остались в нашей памяти на всю жизнь, но настало новое время и пора искать новые отели)

My family and I visited the hotel in July this year, and I am writing this as a big recommendation! The hotel is beautifully spread out, with excellent animation for children – I would even say it is perfect if you are coming with small kids. I must also praise the staff, especially in the Lotus bar, as well as the evening entertainment programs which are fantastic, and the themed restaurants – the food is very good! Another highlight I have to mention is the gym – it was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys working out. Of course, besides its strengths, the hotel also has some weaknesses, which in my opinion prevent it from being truly premium. The food selection in the main restaurant is rather limited and tends to repeat daily – I even mentioned this to the guest relations staff. Another major issue is that reservations for the themed restaurants are made by phone and open at 10:00 or 9:00 am (if I remember correctly). I spoke with other guests who were also very dissatisfied, because although the hotel states that every guest has the right to use the themed restaurants, in reality, guests have to rush to secure a reservation, which sells out within 10 minutes. It is simply impossible for every guest to get what they paid for. We also had a small issue with the cleaning staff, but it was resolved on the spot. We would still return to this hotel – the rooms are very good, except that the hallway near our apartment was extremely cold, which was not practical as everyone returns wet from the beach, and I even caught a cold because of that. The water park is fantastic, although I didn’t like that one section was closed due to “not enough people” – apparently to save water. All in all, we would return to this hotel, provided that the issues I mentioned are addressed. Overall, it was one of the better hotels we have visited, and I highly recommend it!

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve come across — a special shout-out to Nidal in the office who went above and beyond, and Mammet around the pool who was always on hand with a smile and fantastic service. The beach bar looks like it’s been lifted straight from the shores of the Caribbean or Ibiza – absolutely stunning – and the drinks are free! Honestly, it’s hard to believe you’re not paying a premium for the views and atmosphere alone. There is so much to do that it’s almost overwhelming (in the best way possible). Whether it’s a full day at the water park, diving off the pier into the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, or just lounging by one of the many pools – you’re spoiled for choice. Even getting there is a breeze: only 60 minutes from Antalya Airport by private taxi. The food is outstanding, with a huge variety and plenty of drinks always available. The à la carte restaurants are popular, so be ready to book the moment the clock strikes 10am! A real standout was the Rixy Club – the best kids’ club I’ve ever seen. It caters to every age group and genuinely has to be seen to be believed. The sports bar is great too, with two top-quality pool tables and FC25 on the big screen – plus PlayStation for the kids. We also loved the tennis and paddle courts, which are in immaculate condition. Evenings are just as special – the Lotus Bar and Beach Club host brilliant entertainment, while the kids’ amphitheatre is perfect for little ones to burn off energy after dinner. They even provide snacks for both kids and parents beforehand! The kids’ water park is fantastic, with bigger slides for thrill-seekers and a lovely lazy river. There’s even a small farm with ducks, chickens, and more – a lovely touch for younger children. Getting around is effortless with golf buggies regularly running throughout the resort to drop you right at your room. This hotel really has it all. We’ve made unforgettable memories and will 100% be recommending it to family and friends.

I had a wonderful 3 nights stay in the hotel. Daytime animation was very exciting. Special thanks to Guzel from animation team. Activities include archery, yoga, tennis, beach volleys, tennis. Night time live band was excellent. Weather was mild clean.

I went with my partner and 8year old son end of April 24. Loved it. Didn’t want to leave. Just what we needed to really relax. Never left the resort (only for a boat trip but that was from here too, in the beach) -We had a pool suite. Simply fabulous. Gorgeous clean room. Beautiful bathroom. Big balcony. A pool right downstairs on our door step. Loved it. Mini bar always well stocked. Was very happy with the room! -The veranda was great when it opened in May. Was nice to have some peace and quiet away from the busy main buffet hall. -Service isn’t always amazing in the big buffet hall for a 5* premium. Sometimes we were looked after, sometimes only when tipped (I didn’t mind it though as I wasn’t always expecting it) but I had to go back and forth for drinks a lot of the time but the manager saw me struggling one day and offered to help&carry my things which was lovely! We made sure to tip if we were abit tired and knew we wanted to be waited on. -Food - we loved! Big foodies here. So much choice. My son is vegetarian/pescatarian and there was plenty of choice every day. The bbq grill. Delicious! Evertthing was nice honestly. We were stuffed every day! So good. Lovely burgers at the food court. I was obsessed. -patisserie&icecream cafe. Fantastic. We couldn’t get enough every day. Looked forward to visiting. -Drinks! Loved the cocktails! Was sipping on those every day! -Kids club was ok. They could’ve interacted with kids more. My son enjoyed the PlayStation room. The cars he absolutely loved!! The climbing frame, amazing! - THE LAYOUT, the scenery, the landscapes! It honestly makes this place. It has a village feel to it and makes me wish I could live here lol! -Entertainment, wish it was more interactive and fun. It’s mainly dance shows and stuff, it was ok.. I didn’t go every night however. Wish they mixed the music up abit. It’s like it’s just for one type of audience. If you like techno club music then perfect for you. Would be good to have some reggae, jazz.. just nice chill music. -We got treats to our room like fruit platters and sweets, which was a lovely surprise - I’m sure I have missed some things, it’s almost been a year since I went but honestly, a memorable place. From the outdoor gym, to the wildlife, the farm, pools, beach, the slides. Beach bar!! We met some lovely staff that we were sad to say goodbye to! We felt special, warm and welcomed (as a family of colour) we didn’t feel anything negative.(oh the beach is quite rocky and uncomfortable , wear beach shoes and I WISH there were some day parties on) however We actually felt like royalty most of the time. Nothing was too much for the staff and the WhatsApp chat is a great touch! I will definitely be returning here and Rixos makes me want to book rixos resorts only! Have already booked my next Rixos holiday in a different country the quality is topppp!✨
