洞穴房間還是有點潮有點悶，每天必須打開門通風。其他都挺好，工作人員熱情周到，幾個露台沒人打擠。喜歡前台的大狗狗。

早餐很好吃，風景很好

位置有點偏，附近沒有餐館和商店，需要走路去最近的一個地方才能發現，路程大概10-20分鐘左右，附近沒有什麼娛樂項目，出行全靠打車。房間牆面上的土沒有經過細緻的處理，碰一碰就會掉渣下來。整體一般朝下。

非常美的景色，可以從酒店直接看見熱氣球，老闆人很好 服務很到位

Great hotel in the perfect location with amazing views of the valley and the balloons. We booked 3 rooms here and every room was distinctly different. The staff are very helpful (except the lady in the breakfast bar). Rooms were good size and had a lot of personalization. Explore the small cave meeting room while you are there. Highly recommended.

Wow we loved this little hotel. Cute cave like bedroom with 2 bathrooms 🤩 The breakfast is incredible, staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location - we had a car and we could park right outside of the hotel. Amazing experience, I’d love to come back one day! (We did go end of March and be aware that the little town is quite quiet that time of year)

The hotel was in the perfect location. View- Each morning we woke up early to stand on our balcony and watch the hot air balloons float by. Room- The bed was very comfortable. The floors are heated and the room is always warm. Breakfast- We paid for the breakfast, and we’re glad that we did. Each morning we were served an assortment of breads, cheeses, eggs (omelet), veggies (cucumbers and tomatoes), fries, and jams. We also had tons of tea and coffee. The service was quick. Staff- The staff were friendly and welcoming. Sometimes their doggo is in the front room, and it loves to get pets. The staff helped us arrange transportation, scheduled our hot air balloon ride, and helped with anything else we needed. Transportation- There is easy public transportation available. You can take the bus by waiting directly across the street from the hotel. The bus will take you to several places, including the nearby town Goreme, which is a great place for shopping and food. Cons- We stayed in the wine room and it smelled of mold. We often left our balcony door open to get some fresh air. We think the mold smell is from the bath tub which is leaky. Each time we used the shower part, the bathroom floor would flood a bit. The side of the tub was pulling off too, so it definitely needs a bit of maintenance. Overall, I recommend staying here, but probably in a different room.

With a wide variety of choices, each dish is prepared with care, flaunting both quality and flavor. The outstanding breakfast sets a high standard and ensures guests start their day on a delightful note. The Bad: Need for Renovations: Despite its promising aspects, the hotel clearly shows signs of wear and tear that cannot be overlooked. A comprehensive renovation is needed to bring the facilities up to date and to match the splendid exterior and location. Water Leakage in the Toilet: A significant concern was the water leakage in the toilet, indicating a lack of maintenance that can dampen the overall comfort and experience of the stay. The location is excellent. You can watch the air balloons in the morning while taking your coffee. The staff is very friendly as well. Breakfast is delicious.Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. I’ll be back for sure.

Location is good if you drive. Not sure if it’s convenient to get to on public transport/taxi. Each room is different and a couple are located in the “basement” or bottom of the “cave”, so you would need to walk down steps to reach the room. These rooms obviously have no windows. The room we had had a little balcony so you can see the hot-air balloons in the morning. However, there’s a bit of a stench in the bathroom, probably from clogged drains or wet carpets. Most of the rooms contain baths or you could shower in the bath using a hand-held shower head. As the bath is not huge, showering means water drips out onto the floor with carpets on them. The rooms are all dusty, probably because they are in caves. If you prefer clean rooms, do not stay here. There are many steps in the hotel, steps to get from the reception to the rooms; steps to get from rooms to the restaurant, etc, as you would expect of a cave hotel. Staff are friendly; particularly, Faizulla is very helpful. Personally, I would not stay here again or would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

Wonderful hotel. Helpful and kind staff. The breakfast was the best part, amazing Turkish breakfast. Kral- the sweetest golden/lab greets you at the door. We only stayed one night and wished we would have stayed longer !
