The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas

Amazing time at the Westin Himalayas. Great staff, nice ambience, fairly fresh property and great views as long as there is no fog. Thats Westin for you in a nutshell. Food options were plenty and staff were v helpful. FO staff were extremely helpful in patiently explaining the property and also helping us as required. Rajveer was the one who helped us do the checkin formalities and was extremely helpful. We had a baby and wanted this extra help and we got enough help even without asking. The restaurants were really nice and had many helpful folks. Overall a great experience. Thank you for making it very good for us.

As we entered the hotel, we were treated like royalty with hats, fresh juices and a warm and welcoming staff. The trip only continued to get better, as the staff took amazing care of us, the food was some of the best I have eaten during our trip, luxurious rooms, views that stretch for miles and keep you captivated for hours, amenities that need a minimum of 3 days to enjoy. This was by far our best visit to India and would recommend anyone who is planning a trip to this area to always make a stop here. I promise you will never forget the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Westin. The location is perfect between the mountains, away from city hustle bustle. The staff is super supportive and check all requirements on priority. I would like to mention that Ms. Samarpita took extra efforts in organising the complimentary cake and decoration for my mom’s birthday that we celebrated there. Thank you !

Stayed in this beautiful resort for 4 nights ***** with family. The highlight of the resort is the number of activities they have planned especially for kids. The team reached out to us a week in advance and being a Marriott Bonvoy member did help in getting all things arranged. On the day of arrival Priyanka and her team were ready with the room and a grand welcome making the family feel at home. The Kids area and Hakuma Matata just added to the fun. The various picnic options, multiple heated swimming pools and the evening Saga ***** with Ganga Aarti was just awesome. The place also boasts of an excellent spa offering authentic ayurvedic treatments ***** with memorable spa rituals. Food offered by the team led by award winning Chef Pankaj is mouth watering and they actually over feed you with authentic local delicacies at breakfast to multiple restaurant options. The chefs were kind enough to organise. pizza making and diwali sweet making sessions for my daughter which added to her list of memories from the property. Heena at breakfast was very attentive and made special Gharwali chai for us every morning. The 4 nights stay was really memorable and thanks to the hospitality showcased by Mr Amardeep Singh leading from the front as the General Manager of the resort and the operations team handled by Mr Prabdeep Arora who was always around to ensure that all the guests were looked after and having a nice time. Must visit if you are in Uttrakhand.
