Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. It's not a hotel but a hostel. The rooms are very old, stuffy, the beds are very old and bad, there is no air conditioning. They don't give you toilet paper unless you ask for it, they don't change the towels, the room is not cleaned. The location is very good but the service is terrible. The person at the reception was very good.

The breakfast is very good, the security is good, and the transportation is convenient. It is more convenient to call a taxi.

The location is a bit out of the way, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding area is relatively close to Darband
