Ulasan Cbh the Lensbury

I stayed one night was given a very basic small room with signs of wear and tear, and no view to speak of, not worth the £107! What is much worse was that in the morning i discovered that someone had wiped their behind with a bottom corner of the duvet and tucked the edges of the duvet under the mattress so it was not visible. I was too shocked and did not think l could prove the soiling did not come from me as i had already spent the night there so i just run it under the tap to wash most of it off before leaving and making a complaint at reception. I should have called management and asked for a refund. This is totally unacceptable and Lensbury should do the right thing and refund me.

Hotel is in a great location. Great facilities on site. The room we stayed in was a little small and dated but clean and in good working order. TV was only about 20” so on the small side. Breakfast was pretty good, let down by the dried out hash browns and fried eggs, otherwise it would have been much better.

Hotel is tired and rooms are basic. Bathroom especially was like student accommodation or a basic travel lodge but 4x the price!  Spa facilities were all closed. Staff unhelpful and didn’t care.

High recommended for specific children a lot of activities for him

Excellent hotel for family! Clean and tidy. Good location, nice staff and good food.

It was clear that they were understaffed. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check into our room because it was not ready. Food was not served quickly - we had to ask waiters to get us drinks (they initially told us to order our own drinks at the bar). Other couples were given tables ahead of us even though we were waiting in line first. Overall poor service for the whole weekend. The amenities are great - good food, leisure facilities and spa.

Amazing spot close to.london. is not f or couples is for family. lot.of.kids there placing in the pool as playground. Don't recomend te pool area.

Room was a little tired and badly lit. It's in a good location if you are visiting Teddington

Great room, location setting and service. Quality stay for most but does get extra busy and loud (especially if there’s a function and related tidy up is going on in the early hours of the morning and you’re trying to sleep on the 1st floor)! Amenities use is totally worth it!

Stayed for one night. Room was clean with a very nice view of the grounds and the river Thames. The health club was busy but nice, we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Downside was the bedroom door was not very soundproof so you could hear people coming and going in the hallway.

Very nice place I loved trees and people.

每年都到英國一到兩次，這次體驗非常差，房間很小，設施很差，連喝水都衹能到走廊去，是攜程和中介合作的酒店，和國內的快捷酒店類似，有一種被騙的感覺。酒店的服務還可以，周邊環境也還行，但是攜程合作的中介的確太壞了，各種欺騙

大哥一個15歲孩子，訂的雙大床房。酒店設施非常好，大草坪，足球場，游泳館，健身房，免費停車。房間也非常乾淨，挺大的。早餐還可以吧，感覺在英國所有的酒店早餐都是一樣的種類。酒店離市區比較遠，從酒店打車到地鐵，閑時八九磅，忙時十八，九磅，差挺大的，那也比開車划算些。整體還好吧。除了交通麻煩些，其他都還好。
