When choosing this hotel, one of the main reason was it stated that parking is free, but when checking in, we were asked to pay £5 per day. Room was old and tired. Bath tub doesn't look clean and really small, night as well provide shower only.

Jane and Sandi made us very welcome The food was served very quickly and they made sure we had everything we needed Their friendliness and attention to detail means guests will be encouraged to return Well done They are a credit to the organisation

I have been coming for 10 years, I have always been happy with service and staff. Sandi & Jane are very friendly and helpful at dinner service. Overall everything is fabulous.

We had a great stay here, our room was clean and accessible, as my husband has a mobility scooter, we didn't have any problems at all, easy access to room and restaurant, staff are so helpful especially Sandi and Jane, she is a sweet lady, so jolly and chatty with everyone, food is delicious and a good choice on the menu, we have stayed here before, a few years ago, highly recommended.

Had amazing stay here again. The last time we stayed here was 7 years ago and the same service is above and beyond!!! Jane and Sandi looked after us all with our meal orders and drinks. They couldn't have done anymore for us. These guys are troopers for the company 😁👍 So for those looking for a cost effective break then Teddington is the spot👍

Stayed on recommendations and found hotel and room very comfortable. Hot weather meant the room was very hot, a fan was provided but this didn’t help much to get good nights sleep, noise from trains and planes is unavoidable. Useful car park but there is a charge for this.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in London. Quiet and safe location. Tending ton is beautiful, full of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Hotel is close to the station and made getting into central London easy. However, the hotel location may have been great but the room was basic (not a problem as it was a base) but no air con and a window that hardly opened, made for a very hot and uncomfortable few nights. This was added to by the bathroom extractor not working.
