The accommodation is really convenient. It is minutes walk away from aeon tebrau and easy to drive to mt Austin and other surrounding areas.
Carpark is a little tight if you are driving a big car. The host is very responsive and courteous.
My only nitpick will be the towels. Bring your own towels if you want better quality towels as ours seems to shed more than normal.

Simple Hotel for a night rest stay. Clean, comfortable and simple shower ๐ฟ room facilities. Don't expect much with a budget but a good night rest after a good shower ๐ด ๐ฟ. Near a good Prata Stall on next street for Breakfast before 10am.

Overall is a good stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Very near to Aeon mall and Topen n Ikea. Rooms looks a bit old, wallpaper peeled off somewhere. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned more frequently.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room was quiet and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. Although there was no breakfast, everything else made up for it. Iโd happily stay here again and recommend it.

FFesciniLocation is excellent but locating the unit took great effort, several calls to owner still couldn't get his staff to fatch us. Ask around several shops there and no one knows. Thanks to the security staff who knows the staff and bring us to him. The room equipped with TV and set up box with remote control not functioning. Despite the above the staff is friendly and good. Most important the bed is clean and comfortable.

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
