It was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, "This happens a lot," and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time.
