The hotel is very accessible near to the bus stop, walking distance to metro station “Station Square”. The only problem was there was no kettle in the room but you can get from down. Replenishing of water is only upon cleaning. Food wise it was nice only there was no much variety.

Great staff and facilities in a good location near to the city center. No complaints whatsoever.

Service attitude is average 4 stars, individual service staff need to be improved Although the room is an executive room, you have to ask for toiletries by yourself. The overall living experience is barely passable and could be better

It’s really nice hotel, location is perfect Nice spa and swimming pool however services is really bad, very very slow, we went to sky bar which is on 36th floor, sat down for menu and after waiting 30min nobody came to serve us even thou bar was pretty much empty, they should pay more attention to customers, service in pretty bad there Everything else was good

One of the best Hotel I ever stayed in! I came before the checkin, as I have very long sleepless flight. They feed me (for free) and checked me in even before 2 p.m. Polite and helpful personnel. They give me all the directions I wanted. Very clean and cozy room. With incredible bed (that could be because of my sleep deprivation), I slept like a log (very comfortable log) ;) It situated just next to the Fortress. And other places of interest (Kura set, ancient Georgian churches). All in all, highly recommend! Disregard the price - it worth every penny.

In terms of the city, the hotel's value for money is good, the overall can be considered satisfactory and worth staying at: Advantages: complete equipment and facilities, rich IPTV channels, fast WIFI speed, breakfast is acceptable Disadvantages: It is okay to live in a small room alone, but not a family of three. The area marked by the hotel entrance cannot be parked, the police issued my 10GEL ticket

Let me list down all of my comments and impressions to this Hotel. - The place was small and compact, yet the best one I could say. - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. - It is located at center, wherein everything is accessible and walking distance. The bedding is very nice, the room layout and sound effects are also very good. This price is really beyond my expectations, not inferior to the five-star brand. I personally think it is worth staying

The room was large, clean and tidy, and the location was good. It was just in a small road next to the square. The local tour guide recommended a hotel with good value for money, so he also directed us to the hotel. Unfortunately, the platform showed a twin room, but in the end we were given a large bed and an open sofa bed. Fortunately, my friends didn't mind sleeping on the sofa bed. But overall it was good
