During a storm, water poured into the room through leaky windows. After 3 days I decided to change hotel. At the reception, a rude lady stated that I had to pay for the entire 7-day reservation. She tried to blame all the problems on the corona epidemic. I have reported the information to Agoda and am currently awaiting a cancellation decision. I moved to the Melia Vinpearl Hotel. The difference is like between hell and heaven.
