WWENThe hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.

FFabian Lim Chin WenThe location is great but parking is a pain. Even at night, the parking is crazy. I love the room deco. It simple yet beautiful. HOwever, i really dislike the bathroom and toilet. There is no real door and it directly open to the room. No privacy and everything just goes to the room, so to speak.

AAzmalSpacing room. They provides old furnitures but nice. The lighting room need to upgrade, especially the bathroom. For morning breakfast they provides takeaway only @ early morning delivery. Somehow I enjoyed staying here at Marco Polo Hotel.

ZZushaMy second time staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly but pls make sure the cleanliness of the room is superb. bcs when i entered into my room, the floor still wet. the toilet was so dirty. the blanket is yellowish. i rated 5/10
