It's our second stay in this hotel. Efficient check-in and out, clean comfortable room with spacious shower cubicle, clean towels, good high speed internet. The breakfast buffet variety and options became less compared to our previous stay in Nov 2024. May be cost cutting ? Tried the set menu lunch - salad, soup, main and dessert with tea, wate for 99k + 12% tax/service charge. Good value and delicious.

The decoration style of the hotel is very fashionable. I like the restaurant on the first floor very much. The environment is very good and suitable for meeting guests. The location is also good and there are many delicious foods nearby!

In general, everything is fine, the only thing is that the air conditioner has not yet been switched to cooling - it was very hot in the room (about 27), on my first visit a week ago it was terribly cold (in the room about 20) and nothing can be done about it, the air conditioner adjustment does not affect, because the air conditioning is common. Bathrobes on request - keep this in mind and ask in advance. Nearby there is a food market, pharmacies and local cuisine (samsa, manti, plov, mastava, shurpa - everything is there).

The hotel is extremely bad. The electric leakage of the elevator button has not been solved. The plastic lid of the hotel breakfast dessert was accidentally broken. They demanded a fee of 200 yuan and threatened that if we did not compensate, they would call the airport to stop us from leaving the country. This kind of shameless hotel will never stay again. It is extremely bad.

The hotel I booked for the exhibition is about 10 minutes by taxi from the exhibition hall. There is a restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel is new, but not decorated. The room is large and well-equipped. It is cleaned every day, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is good, but the choice is a bit small, I hope to add more varieties.
