Ulasan Black Sea Intercontinental Hotel

Really good service

We have a little mixed feelings about this experience. Location is few km away from town centre, but still within the town. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast and need to drive to town square for buffet. Communication with hotel was before our arrival was little but difficult. They didnt add my wechat and we only could communicate via ctrip - which led to a situation as bellow: We booked a room at discounted price for 168, and assumed it would be ok for our trio. I requested hotel to add my wechat few days in advance, and reminded once or twice. Eventually Ctrip called hotel for us and ask to add my wechat which they did - but didnt respond to my messages on wechat. It's only when we arrived we had a chance to discuss directly with hotel and unfortunately we learned that 3 people are not allowed to stay in the same room and we need to rent second room and the price is nearly 500. In my opinion up to 200 is a reasonable price for the room we stayed, but nearly 500 rmb we were required to pay for the additional room was far too expensive.

Very caring… they called to see how I was doing and see if I already booked a hotel… always nice 😊 to know people got your back! Also staff helped with finding a nice local breakfast place.. and offered to show me around if I needed help or recommendations…

地理環境限制，不要用在城裡的價格來對比，房間會有點味道，當天比較冷，去要了一床被子，沒有空調，價格相對來説比喀什同樣價格的環境要查很多，但是能理解，出門有山，早點起來還可以步行到紅其拉普口岸看看，中巴友誼路走走，説不定街上能遇到巴鐵兄弟。

在塔縣居然能住到乾濕分離的酒店也是很驚喜了，前台小妹非常熱情，跟我們説紅旗拉普關閉了，不然白跑一趟，但我們不死心呀，非要跑一趟🤪

設施：除了沒有空調，其它都還有，熱水需要進屋三十分鐘後才有 衞生：比想象的好多了 環境：很安靜，能看雪山，雪景房 。wifi很快 服務：很熱情，非常不錯 總結，停車很好停，周邊風景還不錯 早上停水停電。。無奈啊。。設施跟不上。。

二樓居然會漏水，地板翹起來了，走路會絆到，洗澡一半沒了熱水，性價比較低，不甚理想。位置無所謂，塔縣就這麼大，房間裏也沒有電話，找服務員不方便。

衞生等等都是我住過的最差的酒店，價格也高，與之不否。今後我不會再去住這個酒店。

去的時候已經快到旺季了，酒店價格飛漲，速8格林豪泰都600+了，誇張，這裏還好，住了一晚，第二天直接盤龍古道了。

體驗感非常不好，入住以後發現給的房間就把床鋪整齊，衞生都沒打掃，換了一間房以後還是一樣的，毛巾、浴巾也是用過的，衞生間還有之前客人扔的煙頭，窗户也是壞的，房間電視也沒有…

沒有毛巾，沒有掛毛巾的地方，周圍沒有吃的，沒有抽紙，房間小，價格貴，離十一還有一個星期，就把價格提到300多，性價比太差

房間裝修較新，停車方便，但早晚水小得可憐，無法洗澡洗臉，這樣的賓館放在內地恐怖一百元都無人門津，但是在帕半爾高源上，二百多元一個標間也一房難求。這5A景區的旅遊設施有待完善。

前台服務很好，臨走的時候知道我們要去紅其拉普口岸，特意給指路了。 門口有停車位，自駕過來可以隨便停。 酒店wifi有時候信號不太好，湊合用吧。 來的那天晚上，大風呼啦啦的吹，高原上有高原反應，睡完起來頭有點疼。
