Black Sea Intercontinental Hotel

We have a little mixed feelings about this experience. Location is few km away from town centre, but still within the town. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast and need to drive to town square for buffet. Communication with hotel was before our arrival was little but difficult. They didnt add my wechat and we only could communicate via ctrip - which led to a situation as bellow: We booked a room at discounted price for 168, and assumed it would be ok for our trio. I requested hotel to add my wechat few days in advance, and reminded once or twice. Eventually Ctrip called hotel for us and ask to add my wechat which they did - but didnt respond to my messages on wechat. It's only when we arrived we had a chance to discuss directly with hotel and unfortunately we learned that 3 people are not allowed to stay in the same room and we need to rent second room and the price is nearly 500. In my opinion up to 200 is a reasonable price for the room we stayed, but nearly 500 rmb we were required to pay for the additional room was far too expensive.

Very caring… they called to see how I was doing and see if I already booked a hotel… always nice 😊 to know people got your back! Also staff helped with finding a nice local breakfast place.. and offered to show me around if I needed help or recommendations…

環境：乾淨 設施：齊全 服務：很好 價位不貴

房間挺乾淨的，停車方便，樓下有超市，飯館得走10分鐘左右才有，沒有空調，8月初開着窗子睡也不熱，衞生間下水道有點反味兒。

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 環境非常好，高端大氣上檔次，房間整潔大方，乾淨又衞生，入住體驗感非常好，真的很棒，好評！！！

房間衹能用臟亂差來形容，前台就像個雜貨鋪，服務太差，被子，床單，根本沒有換，到處都是頭髮。果斷退房。
