Wonderful hotel with a perfect location on the edge of the town next to the grassland with views of the mountains. Rooms are very clean and modern with everything you might need. All the staff are very helpful and friendly in particular 坎 who helped us on check in. Breakfast is delicious. Would very much recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

Room is nice. I lived in the Water View Big Bed Room and the room is very spacious with some nice free snacks. The service in the hotel is also great.

Except for the automatic flushing of the toilet, which was a little out of control, everything else was good. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was rich, and the location was excellent. You can watch the stars and the sunrise. I would like to mention that there was a security guard named Yu, who was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us deliver our luggage to the room. He also explained the precautions in detail with a sincere smile throughout the whole process. The check-in experience was great.

The hotel experience is beyond imagination, the lobby is grand and the rooms are elegant, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich and the variety is complete! Highly recommended. Stayed for two nights. It's a great hotel. The room is clean and warm, with good facilities. The window faces the snow-capped mountains and the Golden Grass Beach. The boss is elegant and generous. The breakfast on the fourth floor is particularly good and exquisite. The freshly ground Italian coffee is very fragrant. Drink a cup of coffee and look at the snow-capped mountains outside the window. The trip to the Pamir Plateau has added to the fun of the journey because of the good hotel. This stay was great! The hotel has an elegant environment and a stylish lobby design, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The hotel is very new, with a nice environment, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and beautiful views. The service is also very good. The security guard, Rick, took the initiative to take the luggage to the room and turn on the air oxygen machine. Two bottles of water were also given when checking out, as the water in the car was frozen.

I traveled in the off-season and chose this hotel with many reviews. It has been opened for more than a year. The reviews are good and bad. After struggling for a long time, I still booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to be much better than I thought. I was worried that it was unnecessary. When I arrived at the hotel, I took pictures of the beautiful scenery. The hotel is in an excellent location. I like the 4th floor of this hotel the most. The scenery is excellent. I saw the golden mountain in the sun and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. I sat down and had a cup of coffee. It was very comfortable.
