Silk Road Pearl Hotel

I received horrible treatment by a ****** manager and perhaps owner of the Silk Road Pearl hotel. I had a 7:00 am appointment with a friend to meet at the bus depot for busses going to Pakistan. It was Friday and we needed to be there by 7:00am to guarantee a ticket. This was Beijing time. It was 5:00 am local time. I asked the manager to call for a taxi at 6:30 am but couldn’t get her to agree. She kept finding excuse like that isn’t the right bus station or they leave much later. Finally she offered to drive me there, which I accepted. However, in the morning she told me to walk. “Go 3 stoplights, turn left and walk 10 minutes to station.” I knew that wasn’t far enough. I’d taken a taxi from the station to the hotel the day before. I pleaded with her to no avail. She said the drivers were all Tajiks and didn’t take showers. She said “no phone” but I pointed to it. She said the drivers were all lazy and wouldn’t be up. I finally gave up and walked for an hour and a half with my 21 pound pack on my back. I am 79 years old. When I got close to the city center I hailed a cab and got to the station after 8:30 am. My friend was still waiting for me thank goodness and we were able to get tickets on the bus to Pakistan. Trip.com should not list this hotel or recommend it. ****** attitudes have no place anywhere but especially in the travel industry. Refusing to call a taxi for a 79 year old customer is inexcusable, especially when the hotel is located in a remote area. The manager was correct that the 10 minute walk gets you to a bus station. But it was a stopping point for the City bus which wouldn’t start running for at least 2 hours. **** ****** *** ****** C ******, **.

Hotel’s owners are very helpful and friendly despite our language barriers. They took me to get cash and a SIM card. Helped me to go to the bus station and other miscellaneous things. Location is a little bit off. Can be hard to get a taxi and there aren’t many restaurants around but you can ask the owners for help. They’re willing to hell.

塔縣在旅遊旺季時住宿需要提前預約，絲路明珠賓館是較好的選擇之一。東北老闆娘夫婦倆熱情好客，不厭其煩地解答各種問題，怕遊客有高反，隨時提醒，並幫拿行李上樓，早餐由夫婦倆準備的，可以吃飽，房間衞生乾淨，性價比較高。推薦旅遊者入住。內部照片忘記照了。

酒店房間裝修佈置優雅，環境舒適， 喜歡這家的格調, 房間夠大夠寬敞，房間乾淨整潔，通風好, 前台態度親和，服務殷勤, 物美價廉, 性價比很高的酒店。酒店很好找，停車也很方便，房間佈局合理，值得推薦給大家.

位置有點偏，在縣城邊上，停車很方便，老闆兩口子很熱情，就一般的賓館，材料比較低端，住宿是可以了，洗澡水很大，就是枕頭被套汗味道太大，枕套有點發黃，估計沒有換，衹好穿着衣服睡了，早餐還可以，比較對胃口。

在塔縣經濟型酒店是超級超級好的選擇了！環境乾淨，安全！民宿阿姨是東北人，老熱情啦！三樓陽台可以看日出，可以看星星！阿姨包的包子純純東北風味，點贊！連續住三天就是最好的認可

房間乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，設備齊全，停車方便出行便利，經濟實惠，房間可以看到雪山，離景區古石頭城不遠。

早飯很不錯👍👍，房間也挺乾淨的。塔縣首選。

絲路明珠位置有點遠，但來塔縣的遊客基本都是有車也不礙事，雪山腳下很安靜。 房間空氣好，壁掛擺設有特色，被褥乾淨，衞生間夠大，服務也好，早餐是健康簡餐，餐廳環境不錯。 衞生間裝修質量一般，尤其是淋浴花灑及開關，賓館今年開業不該如此。
