Ksar Ben Youssef in Morocco, is a really nice hotel with generously sized bedrooms that include separate toilets and showers. While the hotel is on the outskirts of town, making it about a 15-minute walk to other restaurants if you don't have a vehicle, we opted for the buffet dinner at the hotel. It was reasonably priced and offered a lovely selection of Moroccan and Italian dishes, along with desserts, salads, and soup, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. The hotel is family-friendly, with a beautiful pool area, and you can even dine on the rooftop if you don’t mind carrying your food up a few stairs. The buffet breakfast also had a lovely selection of fresh and dried fruit, pastries bread and ceral. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with luggage both upon arrival and departure. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

What a wonderful little hotel. On arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary cup of tea. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is located next to the pool where you also enjoy your breakfast.

From the outside, this hotel looks promising, with a lovely pool and a rooftop terrace that offers some charm. The room we initially stayed in was spacious, with separate areas for the toilet and shower. However, our experience quickly soured when we discovered a significant ant problem in the room, forcing us to switch to a second-floor room. Unfortunately, the hotel has no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The location was also disappointing, as there’s practically nothing nearby. After dinner, we tried to explore the area but found only a small second-hand local market. As for the food, it was a letdown—lacking flavor and even the traditional tajine didn’t live up to expectations. To make matters worse, when we returned to the hotel at around 8:30 PM, the front door was locked, and the front desk was unattended. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes and call for assistance, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant. While the hotel has potential, the poor service, subpar food, and inconvenient location overshadowed any positives. I will likely choose a better hotel next time.

Big Hotel, big spacious room with adequate space to walk about or keep your luggage. The bed was comfortable, pillows were good, adequate charging point by the beds. The AC was a complete mismatch with the room. Given the size of he room, a 1 ton AC is not enough to keep the room cool. The refrigerator also didn't cool properly. Surprisingly, no tea/coffee was provided in the room of this category hotel. Not even an electric kettle was provided. I had to get one from the kitchen for my needs. Breakfast was a so-so affair. Plenty of types breads, only orange juice, tea/coffee, corn flakes and boiled eggs. No hot food, soups were there.

Delightful oasis in an otherwise barren landscape. Top class amenities. Yummy breakfast. Helpful staff. We only had one night sadly. Rooms spacious. Beds comfy. Very clean. Quite new, Opened in 2018. Fabulous sunset from rooftop. Toilet separate from Bathroom.

Friendly employees, excellent services, awesome installations and pool, etc. Refrigerator and hot water well appreciated. Landscaping and surroundings are outstanding. Full breakfast by the pool was wonderful. They even had pancakes (crepes), cereals, and everything you can think of. These people know how to ewlcome tourist and to make them comfortable.

The exterior of the hotel gave me hope that was quickly dashed when I saw our room and at the food. We felt like we were staying in a convent. Furnishings were sparse and Spartan. No AC or if it was AC, it didn’t cool. Lighting could only be described as hospital lighting. Everywhere. Not a warm lightbulb on the property. Sink had been glued together. Food was served and there were no choices. Vegetables were mushy. We were served a thin T bone cut of steak. We are vegan and no alternatives were offered. Remote location with nothing nearby. Pool water was cold. Positives: quiet and warm water, spacious room.

Although the outside of the hotel is beautiful, and well manicured, everything else leaves some thing to be desired. The food is absolutely horrible and they have absolutely no vegetarian or pescatarian options for a meal and there’s nowhere close to go to have a meal. The rooms are meager I nearly got electrocuted from a live wire in the bathroom! It was sticking out of the hairdryer attachment to the wall and when I reach to get the hairdryer, it shocked me pretty good. Needs to say this is not somewhere I would ever come back to.

It was like an oasis after terrible accommodation experiences. The room was simple, spacious, and most importantly clean, the hotel surroundings and gardens beautiful. The receptions and dining staff attentive and helpful. It has three floors and no elevator so ask for ground floor if you have problems going up the stairs. I highly recommend this hotel.
