The whole experience was memorable for all the right reasons. There was a warm & friendly greeting from reception staff & a much appreciated voucher for a complimentary tapas, served in the Enobar. The food was divine & gave us a promise of our main meals later! The quality of the food was exceptional & the dishes were only limited by the chef's imagination & skill! The rooms are spacious & the bed provided a wonderful night's sleep with little noise. Breakfast was amazing & all served by cheerful waiting staff . We would not hesitate to recommend the Estacada to anyone from a traveller looking for an easy location off the motorway or those seeking a wine or gastronomic experience. The Finca Estacada has everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. More hotels could do to take a leaf out of their book!! Thank you everyone for an amazing stay as always

We stayed at Finca La Estacada yet again on our sojourn thro' Spain simply because its the BEST! It always astonishes us as we feel each visit improves both in atmosphere, attention to detail & the quality of its menu. The staff are excellent & always aim to please. The food is first class & well deserving of the title of gastronomic centre of excellence for Cuenca. The meu del dia standard does not differ in quality or taste - its truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious & airy with seating. The bed is the height of luxury with super soft mattresses to ensure a good night's rest!! A visit around the vineyard & tasting of the wines is also a "must"! We can never find fault with anything during our stays - only maybe that we can't stay longer!! You will not be disappointed in a stay here!!

For the traveller this is a superb stopover close to the motorway from Madrid to southern Spain. Its on a vineyard & the hotel is first class in every aspect - large rooms, superbly appointed with the comfiest beds ever. Rooms look over the vineyard where guests can wander through the vines. The food is exquisite for any foodie- having a gastronomic menu including matching wines with each course. The staff are friendly & eager to help with most speaking English. If you have time, check out the spa which is a superb way to relax after a long drive. If you book half board, "media pension", then you'll be offered a" menu del dia " which is by no means of inferior standard - our meal was of the best standard ever for Spain!! Book early, you won't be disappointed!

It never ceases to amaze us of how consistently high the standard is in both hotel & restaurant. The staff in every department are faultless & eager to please with most being English speaking - nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The rooms are warm & spacious & have the most comfortable beds ever. We were on the media pension tariff & although it was a limited choice, you would never have guessed it was any different to a la carte. It was of exceptional standard of cooking & presentation - indeed we have never had better anywhere! The staff were attentive but discreet & eager to please. The restaurant was busy which was pleasing but our standard of food & its delivery did not suffer. It thoroughly deserves a gastronomic title that it has recently received. We cannot recommend this hotel enough as a stopover on the way to southern Spain or as a destination in its own right as a vineyard visit is a must!! Its perfect in every detail

We stayed one night on our journey through Spain. We received a warm welcome and throughout our stay all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, doing their best to overcome our shameful lack of ability with the language with lots of goodwilled help. Our room was large and comfortable. We used the outside pool as it was so hot and the whole area was immaculately kept. Our evening meal was delicious, and again the service was superb. We were sorry we could only stay one night as we’d of loved to explore the winery itself, and would highly recommend the hotel.

We have visited the hotel four times . The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is adequate . This last visit left us disappointed . We waited two hours in the restaurant . We were tired from our long drive . At first it seemed the waiters were ignoring us . I had to ask for service . Finally when we managed to order a meal , only half ( the mains ) arrived got my partner . Our starter did not appear and nor did my burger. After waiting so long and watching all around be served , we complained . It is now as we expected .

We have visited this hotel since it opened + it never ceases to amaze us! We have been treated to exceptional service from everyone from arrival + the reception to the security staff. Everyone makes you feel like a valued friend rather than client. We had the media pension + the restaurant staff in particular Jorge + his unobtrusive but attentive service made it a memorable meal. We would not hesitate to recommend the Estacada to anyone - indeed we met some travellers + they have also experienced first class service. Please don't change a winning formula!!

Once again we visited the Finca la Estacada on our way to southern Spain. It is a delight from the moment you check in through to checkout. The staff are well trained + customer focused. The food is first class + we can heartily recommend the "media pension" which includes a superbly cooked 3 course meal,wine + water. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them The night security man is delightful as once again he's friendliness personified. We cannot recommend the hotel enough as the rooms are constantly being re-vamped to a high standard. We look forward to our return trip in October

El spa y las instalaciones están bien pero el personal del restaurante deja bastante que desear, sobre todo, en el desayuno donde aún estoy esperando que me traigan lo que pedí después de reclamarlo varias veces. Por si esto fuera poco, la camarera iba discutiendo con todos los clientes. Lamentable. Para el precio que tiene el sitio, podían cuidar esas cosas. Por no hablar del escaso personal.
