The stay is good the hot springs are really relaxing but the room and forest trails are a bit old and not maintained properly.

Room is quite big with hot spring bath tub. Facility is amazing. The equipments of the gym is very professional. Breakfast also have a lot of selections.

The front desk and other staff doesn’t speak english. You need to ride golf cart to bring you from the room to the front desk, the staff will not assist you with baggages, it’s ginna be very hard if you have luggages.

Staff are very accomodating. The place is so relaxing

Free parking and really friendly receptionist! Loved the experience of sitting on the buggy up the slope to our room. Nice hot spring in the room too :)

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of fresh and healthy plenty choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The staffs were always motivated to help us, staff are all friendly. But on the other side, is the swimming pool, I didn’t enjoy that much because a lot of people there. Pool was not really big . Can’t relax that much children and parents are shouting. But I really enjoyed private hot spring.

Good value but quite worn down. Would be a very good hotel close to the airport with hot springs if investment can be made to renovate it.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Cleanliness We recently stayed and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The floor was so dirty that the soles of our white socks turned black just from walking around. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done, which made the stay uncomfortable. While the breakfast was somewhat decent, it was nothing fantastic and did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room.

There is totally no sign board to tell the visitors that the check-in counter is on the other side of the road and ended we go round and round to find it. The rooms is so rundown and even the bathroom dooring is damaged and removed without replacement. No place to put their tower and left is in dirty place, then no place to hand the towel or clothing when taking towel and worst still is that no hot water for shower in winter temperature for all the room I has booked for!!!!

The room big and clean we love it. Have a cat cafe in the hotel. ❤️

the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room is spacious and have a beautiful scenery when you look at the window. The food is also very good. Over all a great experience indeed.
