An excellent hotel with great services. The hotel is very near to Taoyuan airport. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good and there are lots of varieties. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Taoyuan HSR which is jus in front of the Gloria outlet and Xpark. The shuttle bus also drops/pick up at the airport which is excellent.

Advantages: The bed in the room is large, the bath is very spacious, the parent-child facilities, water facilities, and naked bath and sauna are very good
Disadvantages: When I checked in on Friday, I only had one option: Southern Restaurant. I didn’t think there were three restaurants to choose from based on the official website. The front desk did not actively explain how to use the facilities when checking in, but the restaurant and pool services were very friendly.

It was a good choice for me as only needed a comfortable and clean place to rest for the night.
Overall, I was happy with the decision, although the place was really in the middle of nowhere, and the pillow was too soft and flat for me.

Stay for 1 night here due to early flight to catch. Is near to HSR hence going to airport is very convenient. Do take note that there's only a Factory Outlet, a Mcdonald restaurant and a convenience shop nearby. Not suitable for light sleeper as there are many movements outside the room throughout and opening/closing/locking of the door can be heard every now and then, perhaps due to the shared toilet.

I ordered a big room for the two of us but when we got the room it was not what I had ordered online. plus the AC isn't functioning well, we turned it to 18 but it still feels like 26 degrees. Above all this, it's still a nice place to stay and the services were nice and friendly.

The hotel is clean and bright. Personally i like the self service laundry area, the hotel comes with free parking and the breakfast is nice also.
The downside of the hotel is that the air-condition, the sound is quite disturbing during the night. The location is slightly out if you are going to town but good thing is no traffic jam at that area.

Great hotel if you plan to visit xpark or outlet, very convenient. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, for a 5-star hotel, it lacks facilities, no pools or anything special. For the price, I kinda expect a little more. Maybe there is no competition in that area. Anyways, still a good family hotel overall.

DDavChkIts about 20-30mins taxi ride to the hotel and its near ZhongLi Night Market. Its about 10 mins walk and the reason i book this hotel and because it has the Gamers concept and my 10 year old son likes it a LOT! Didnt really play any game though but the concept and design is real classy. The service is outstanding and they try to accommodate most of our request even suggesting a warmer to regulate their centralise aircon. They have some snacks and the breakfast looks real good but sad to say we need to leave early to airport and the breakfast only starts 7am. They did a favor by packing our breakfast on our way to airport. Kudos to iHotel and would recommend any family who has kids and had a stayover due to overnight flight schedule in Taiwan. The PC is connected to the net and I can check my things online in which most hotels dont have that in the room. There are 2 Gamers PC in the room. Wow unbelievable 😁

The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

YYaocong房間田園景觀開揚，非和式的房間內竟有雙門雪櫃，包早餐，三天的食物款式不同，味道都不錯，這間中式食肆位於民宿對面，其保留原有古舊建築。另外，民宿還有一間附屬西餐廳，在民宿隔鄰，設有戶外觀景座位，我們選擇了室內的窗邊蓆（因怕有蚊子）。住客有100元台幣的購物券，故只需多補約150台幣，便能在品嘗富特色的咖啡，一邊喝美味的咖啡，一邊與家人閒聊，亦可欣賞田園景觀或閱讀，很有渡假的感覺。由民宿步行3分鐘，便到桃園客運總站，隔鄰有7-11，另步行5分鐘，有24小時自助洗衣店，超方便。不過，大溪夜巿每逢星期四才營業，幸好我們也能遇上。

林林昕而When I first entered the room, I felt the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. Since there was only one room left, I couldn't change rooms, so I informed the front desk and immediately asked the cleaning staff to disinfect the room with ozone, and there was no problem. Afterwards, the store sent a small apology, which was considered sincere. I will still choose this accommodation in the future. The bed is big and comfortable, and the bathtub is comfortable for soaking.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

Dd*d191 Hotel is walking distant from TaoYuan train station. Got our last pork ribs bento from the train station. Everything was great for a short overnight stay as our flight was 8am and we checked out at 4+am the next day. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and amenties provided except the window area need some upkeeping. Overall the stay was pleasant for our family of 3. Opposite the hotel there's a big Kuan Nam departmental shop. On the right side, there are many eatery including delicious Braised noodle bucket stall and bubble tea shop. 😊 Wish the stay was longer as we didnt get to explore other area. Thank you for the hospitality!

GGuest UserIt was a single floor hotel located in a big building, in Taoyuan. At about 25 minutes away from the airport, it's not in an area with a lot of places to go, but is good for a short stay somewhat close to the airport. There is access to a 7/11, a grocery store, and a handful of restaurants near by. Employees were really nice and offer the service of booking taxis for you in advance, which was really convenient. They don't really offer food, but do have utensils, a microwave, water, and cleansing necessities. One thing that was a little disappointing was the scent of cigarette smoke we found in our bathroom. They have the rule of no smoking, but it may not be enforced extremely harshly. One more flaw about the facilities is that the bathroom isn't an enclosed room, but rather just two stalls inside the hotel room, one with the toilet and one with a shower with the sink outside which was inconvenient. Overall, a mediocre hotel.
